"You seem to be in a good mood," Elias observed.
My fingers stilled on the desk, and I slanted a look in his direction as he strode into the room.
"What do you have for me? Any meeting?" I questioned, my voice light. Even to my ears, it sounded weird. But I shrugged it off, waiting for him to respond.
His brows were pulled together, and he sank into the chair in front of my desk, crossing his legs. "Were you not the one who wanted to quit being an Alpha earlier? What happened?"
What happened? I leaned back into the chair, my hands behind my head, and a small smile played on my lips.
"Aria happened." Fenrik answered.
