When Nevaeh rushed forward, Yesenia immediately burst into tears and grabbed her arm. "Nevaeh, you have to help him! What's happening to Liam?"
"Don't worry, Godmother. He'll be okay," Nevaeh quickly reassured her, her voice firm despite the panic.
As her eyes scanned the room, she spotted a pen on a nearby table and grabbed it, carefully placing it in Liam's mouth to prevent him from biting his tongue during the seizure.
However, just as Nevaeh was about to check Liam's pulse, Roxy shoved her aside with surprising force.
"Get away from him! You're the reason Liam is like this! He was perfectly fine a moment ago, and then you showed up!"
Roxy cried, her voice shrill as she pointed a trembling finger at Nevaeh. "Everyone online is saying you wanted to harm him. I can't believe you actually did it! You're despicable!"
