Pov Eirian
Falling onto my knees, I felt the world come to a calm.
'I did it?' I questioned. "I did it!"
The world didn't feel real. It felt as if I was dreaming. I had trained here over my time here at the academy, but to think the skills had come in handy was another issue entirely.
I could see Eira running up to me.
"Are you okay?" She placed her weapon on the ground, falling onto her knees.
"Yeah..." I said, exhaling from disbelief. I turned to her, seeing a face full of worry. "How about you?"
"Y-yeah..."
Interrupting my and Eira's conversation, I could hear Ael and Amiel fighting in the background. Ael seemed to have been using daggers made of blood, with chains connecting them, while Amiel was covered in frost.
'Was he bigger?' I thought. 'He is.'
"We should help." I stood up, almost stumbling.
Eira caught me before falling. "Careful, you should rest."
"Thank you," I got back on my two feet, "but right now is not the time to rest." I turned to look over at her. She lingered in the silence.
"Your wounds; Ael is not going to be happy."
"I'm fine," I replied. I looked back at the other two. "Eira, can I ask you for something?"
She doesn't answer, as if waiting for the following few words.
"I need you to cover me."
She hesitated still concerned about my wounds, "Of course, but please be careful."
"Thank you."
Limping, I started to walk towards them.

Before I was able to take two steps, the bell in the center of campus rang, and the moose let out a deafening roar.
Ael and Amiel stopped, dazed by it, and fell to their knees, as did Eira and me. Wanting to pass out, I held on a bit longer, clenching my fist.
'Can't pass out right now!'
When the deafening roar ended, silence filled the air, and in the next moment, a bang erupted. Not the same loud noise that Eira sniper gave off, but a hollow smashing of something.
As my vision refocused, I looked up.
'H-huh?'
I faltered a bit as I tried to get up.
'It's attacking the tower?'
The tower shook a bit with some parts cracking. Some pieces of it fell onto the ground, but it still stood firm. The attack from the beast was strong, but it wasn't nearly enough to knock it down in one go.
I looked back at Ael and Amiel to see if they were okay. Ael seemed to be in perfect health, aside from a few bruises, while Amiel was gone. That is because he was rushing the beast.
Before I could say anything, he sucker punched the moose. When he did, the beast didn't budge.
"Did you see that?" I reached behind me to grab the attention of Eira.
"The tower, right? It seems to hate the noise of it."
I turned to her, "Eira, how much range do you have on that sniper of yours?"
She hesitated, "I don't know why?"
I looked at her weapon, "Do you think you can shoot the bell to ring it once more?" I questioned.
"Maybe?" She replied, "But I need to get somewhere I could even see it."
I looked around for a moment. After a few seconds, I point to the building behind her, "Get on top of that building, that should get you to a position that would allow you to see it."
She nodded her head.
"As for now, I will clue everyone else in."
"Okay." She picked up her weapons and started to run off into the distance.
Looking back at the others, I got ready to dash in.
'No time to think, only to act.' I thought.
Dashing in, I slowed down, but I kept on pushing. I could feel the pain of the wounds I had stacked up from the previous fight, but all I could do was hope light absorption would do its job.
"Ael!" He looked over at me. When he noticed me, he ran shoulder to shoulder with me as Amiel wrestled the beast. "We need to distract the beast."
"What do you think we have been doing with it for the past few minutes?"
Amiel gets thrown into us, causing us to dodge and run in a completely new direction.
"Sorry," Amiel yelled out.
"Careful," Ael yelled out.
"What I mean is we need to keep it distracted until Eira can get into position."
He turned in confusion. When I took notice, I pointed up at the building she would be climbing.
"She is going to shoot the bell from up there."
His eyes followed my hand, "The beast, she is trying to make him attack the tower again."
I nodded.
"Okay," he then looked at me up and down, "How are you feeling?"
Flexing out my arm, I smiled, "I should be fine for this last final fight."
He hesitated, then nodded after a few moments, "Okay, follow my lead."
Upon saying this, he threw one of his daggers at the beast's legs and increased the length of his chain.
"Amiel! Move!" He yelled as he wrapped around the beast.
Its legs were tied up before it realized it. Taking the chance, I got close, grazing its side with my blade. Just when it had enough, it broke from the chain. I fell back as it tried to shove against me, but I barely managed to get away.
Taking this chance, I could see Ael inform Amiel of the plan.
Turning my head back at the beast, it was charging at me. With one of the pieces of rubble behind me, I jumped on top of it, with the beast smacking against it.
Amiel, not wasting the chance, ran in. Ael followed above him, creating a makeshift spear, almost like a needle more than a spear made of blood.
As Amiel held the beast, or tried to, Ael tried to bring down the spear he had created, but before they could, they were pushed back for some intense outburst of ice in the air, as so do I.
Getting back up slowly, I looked at the others to see if they were okay. They did not take as much damage as I thought.
As all three of us surrounded the beast, waiting for its next move. It's eight different eyes, divided, watching all of us at the same time.
Clenching my knife tighter, I wait to see what the others do.
