It's not like it was my business. I really didn't care that Clayton took more than a thousand women to buy rings. I was different from them, because unlike the others, I wasn't head over heels for him.
"I'm fine." I smiled.
"Miles, the agreement." The man in the passenger seat, passed the document to him before stepping out of the car quietly with the chauffeur.
"This is our marriage agreement," his voice dropped low, almost a warning. "Add whatever you wish, my dear. But once you sign… every word binds you to me. There's no escaping what's written after that."
"Just like we agreed, Eve," he murmured, eyes narrowing. "Handle your ex-husband. Whatever you need to do, do it fast. You've got two months… and then I don't want to hear his name again." Clayton added.
"The marriage contract is a one-year contract and then after that, we'd decide if we want to continue with the madness or not." He said.
