Chapter 190 - Chapter 190 – Journey to the Dais Star

Moreover, since Ultraman Tiga resided on Earth, Dack knew that he would have to stay on Earth for the next few years if he accompanied Tiga. That way, he could also look after the little girl, Yuka, who resembled his own deceased daughter.

Dack considered staying on Earth for a while, raising Yuka until she grew up.

"So, Ultraman Tiga, when do we depart?"

Dack couldn't hide his excitement. The sooner he could take Tiga back, the sooner he could help save his planet.

"Now," Yu Zhou thought. There was no harm in leaving immediately. He had originally planned to visit R'lyeh and spar with Hudra and Darramb, but that could wait.

"Let's go. Time is pressing."

Dack tapped a few buttons on the device strapped to his wrist. A disc-shaped spaceship descended from the sky, hovering above them.

"Taking a spaceship, huh? Not bad."

Yu Zhou nodded and stood alongside Dack.

At that moment, a Super Guts Squad fighter jet, the Eagle Beta, flew in and landed by the shore. A young man ran down from it—it was Asuka.

"Senpai Yu Zhou?!"

Asuka had been patrolling nearby in the Eagle Beta when he noticed a spaceship descending. Curious, he rushed over, only to see Yu Zhou and another man talking beneath it.

"Senpai, if you're being kidnapped, blink your eyes!" Asuka waved frantically.

"I'm fine, Asuka," Yu Zhou explained. "I'll be leaving Earth for a while. If you run into trouble, visit Senpai Daigo on Mars, or Masaki and Camearra in R'lyeh—they can help."

After these instructions, Yu Zhou entered the spaceship with Dack.

"Senpai Yu Zhou is going to space?"

Asuka scratched his head. Since Yu Zhou wasn't kidnapped, there was no problem. And with his strength, nothing could really stop him.

"Huh… if I ever face difficulties, I can ask Yu Zhou's wife in R'lyeh for help!" Asuka muttered to himself before returning to the Eagle Beta to continue his patrol.

Inside the spaceship, Yu Zhou saw several men in silver uniforms with eye makeup, just like Dack. They appeared to be Dack's colleagues.

"Dack, was Gyabish eliminated?" one asked upon Dack's return.

"Yes, it's done. Let's hurry back to Dais Star. I brought a helper—we can resolve the crisis now," Dack replied.

"A helper?" Dack's colleagues looked at each other, then at Yu Zhou. "This one?"

"Yes. This helper is a Light Giant, Tiga," Dack introduced.

"Light Giant?!"

His colleagues froze. Light Giants were legends, hardly ever seen, and yet Dack claimed that this man from Earth was one!

"Hello, Light Giant Tiga!"

Yu Zhou greeted them politely, as they clearly trusted Dack.

"Could you explain the situation to me?" Yu Zhou asked once seated. Knowledge was power, after all.

Dack sighed. "This goes back several years. One day, the ferocious space monster Gyabish invaded Dais Star in huge numbers. Many perished, including my daughter.

"We tried fighting them, but they were too powerful. Even with all our planetary forces, we couldn't defeat them.

"Researchers from other star systems developed a crystal box capable of sealing weaker Gyabish. We brought one back on our spaceship, intending to study it. But while passing Earth, it escaped."

"I see," Yu Zhou nodded, understanding the chain of events.

"Unlike Earth, Dais Star has no Light Giant to protect it," Dack sighed. "Countless lives were lost under Gyabish's attacks."

"You're not entirely without hope," Yu Zhou said. "There are other Light Giants protecting Earth, generation after generation. In fact, you should seek help from the M78 Nebula."

"M78 Nebula?" Dack was unfamiliar.

"The Land of Light," Yu Zhou explained, "home of the Space Defense Force."

"I don't understand," Dack shook his head.

Yu Zhou chuckled inwardly. Perhaps this "navigator" wasn't as reliable as he had thought. What if they got lost in space together?

The spaceship, crafted with Dais Star's advanced technology, could travel through wormholes and cover vast distances. Even so, Yu Zhou couldn't understand why they couldn't handle Gyabish with such tech.

Soon, using the wormhole, they left the Milky Way and the local star cloud, entering the Bazu Nebula.

As they neared Dais Star, Yu Zhou noticed the planet wasn't like Earth orbiting a sun. Instead, two natural satellites circled it.

One emitted light and warmth suitable for life, acting as a sun, while the other was softer, like a moon.

"Geocentric?" Yu Zhou muttered. On Earth, the geocentric model suggests the sun and moon orbit the Earth, producing sunrise and sunset. In reality, these are caused by Earth's rotation and revolution. Yet here, Dais Star resembled the geocentric idea—the "sun" and "moon" revolved around it.

"The environment of your Earth is similar to Dais Star," Dack explained. "But your Earth rotates around the sun, while our planet has both sun and moon orbiting it."

"Life really depends on light," Yu Zhou mused. Most planets with life and long-standing civilizations require it. Earth, Dais Star, and the Land of Light—all rely on it. Without light, civilizations perish or falter.

Yu Zhou reflected on how few planets could generate their own light to sustain life and culture, just like the Land of Light.
