Chapter 191 - Chapter 191 – A Massive Number

Soon, Yu Zhou piloted the spaceship into the atmosphere of Dais Star. Much like Earth, this planet had a breathable atmosphere and abundant vegetation.

The difference was the technology—far more advanced than Earth's—and the city architecture had a sleek, futuristic, almost sci-fi style.

"Dack, your tech looks impressive. Why then did Gyabish manage to invade?" Yu Zhou asked, puzzled.

"Our planetary technology is advanced, yes, but in terms of combat weapons, we've neglected research and development," Dack explained, shaking his head.

Dais Star had always been a peaceful planet, so military technology lagged behind civilian advancements. This weakness left the planet vulnerable when the Gyabish hordes attacked.

"The Gyabish gather in the northern wastelands," Dack continued. "It wasn't always barren, but after the monsters invaded, the cities were overtaken and eventually destroyed, leaving ruins behind."

"So, we're heading north?" Yu Zhou asked, watching the spaceship's trajectory.

"Yes," Dack nodded. "The north is the main battlefield against the Gyabish."

"Alright."

For Yu Zhou, even a dozen Gyabish wouldn't pose a problem, let alone a few dozen.

As the spaceship neared the northern sector, gunfire and explosions could already be heard. Various aircraft and spaceships filled the sky, all heading toward the battlefield.

"These fighters and ships are rushing to join the fight against the Gyabish," Dack explained.

"They're well-equipped," Yu Zhou observed, confused. "Then why is your planet still struggling?"

Lost in thought, he was startled when the spaceship shook violently—light beams from the Gyabish struck their ship, smoke billowing and causing it to lose balance.

"Not good!"

Dack and his colleagues scrambled in panic. Yu Zhou had no choice. From his chest, he drew the Spark Lense, pressed the transformation button, and leapt out of the ship as a brilliant beam of light.

Outside, his massive silver hands stabilized the spaceship, holding it steady.

"It's the Light Giant!"

Everyone—both inside the ship and among the airborne fighters—stared in awe. The legendary Light Giant, thought to exist only in stories, had suddenly appeared before them.

"There's hope now!"

The Dais Star soldiers cheered. They had been struggling to hold off the Gyabish, and seeing the Light Giant brought them a renewed sense of courage.

Yu Zhou carefully placed the spaceship in a safe location, then ascended above the Gyabish horde.

"This… is too many…"

The sheer number of Gyabish made him shiver. Below, beams crisscrossed the battlefield, and mechanical armours—like smaller, twenty-meter-tall Transformers—fought alongside the soldiers.

"These are quite advanced," Yu Zhou noted. Even comparing it to Earth's best technology, it was impressive. The only problem was the overwhelming size of the Gyabish swarm.

Yu Zhou recalled Earth's top-tier tech—the revival technology of the Light Giant from the F Project. Using statues and captured energy, it had once revived a giant, though it later malfunctioned.

Hovering above, Yu Zhou pondered, "How am I supposed to handle so many Gyabish?" Charging in headfirst seemed impossible.

Still, he decided to try. He first transformed into the aerial form, then into the powerful form, storing energy from the aerial form. Clenching his fists, he dove toward the battlefield.

Blazing Impact!

Using the agility from his aerial form, he surged forward like a streak of fire, carving a scorched path through the Gyabish horde.

Along this blackened path, countless Gyabish exploded in succession, their screams and the sound of detonations echoing across the wasteland.

"This… this is incredible!"

Dack's colleagues stared, astonished. The Light Giant had cleared a path through the swarm that had cost them countless lives and effort.

"Truly… amazing!" Dack himself was awestruck. He had known Tiga was strong, capable of defeating a single Gyabish instantly—but this? Clearing an entire section with a single charge?

Inviting Tiga to Dais Star had been the right decision.

The legends were true. The Light Giants were protectors of justice, and their strength brought hope to the people. Seeing it in action, the legend was no exaggeration—Tiga truly could inspire hope.
