Venus.
Youchang strolled down the lane that lead to the Larkin his estate the light drizzle dropping on his face. He smiled to himself. There was now enough water on venus, rain now touched the ground, all to his credit. And he hoped to do even more, create more. Besides, that was the aim of coming over to venus, to create. It was now three years of staying in venus and work had been productive. He walked slowly down the lane, the rain drops tickling his skin.
Walks like this helped to relief stress, besides, one needed fresh air after hectic work in the laboratory. And solo times were always the best times to think. Yes think. He began to recount the events of the past days. How Yang Yang fell sick and to this greatest suprise was confirmed pregnant. His problem wasn't that she was pregnant, but the child. He sighed. He couldn't tell if he was to be happy about it or not. The picture of Yang Yang's face as she told him the news flashed in his mind. Her face had been hard to read or say neutral. He wasnt sure if she was happy or sad about it. Maybe she wasnt ready and neither was he. He wasnt ready to fake pleasantness in front of a child, or lock up his laboratory because of a crawling child. He didnt even know how to treat a child. Yes. He had had many sexual escapade with numerous women, but Yang Yang was the first to ever get pregnant.
"Brother." He heard a voice calling a voice he had heard every day of his life. And he turned to see a face he had always seen every day of his life.
Yuangun Chen.
His face creased into a bright smile as his twin brother walked vibrantly towards him.
They walked down the lane together in a world they had both created. They stood by the little lake's shore, both very identical and immersed in his thought.
"You know" Yaungun began breaking the silence "I always wonder how we got here. You and I."
Youchang nodded.
"It was the most beautiful thing to have a twin." He continued. Youchang could now guess where Yuangun was heading. He tilted his head.
"Life would be better if everyone could have a twin." He smiled.
"You know that us not possible brother." Youchang said, his face puzzled.
"I know. I gave it some thought and came up with an idea. We could make digital twins. Create them for as many people who want it." Yuangun explained his face excited. Youchang looked thoughtfully over the water. He nodded after a while.
"A digital twin and a baby all in a day." Youchang said thoughtfully.
"A baby?" Yuangun asked quizically.
"Yes. I'm having a baby."
He said looking into the dark blue lake waters.

"Its beautiful" Yang Yang said as she looked out of the window to the setting sun, her hands rubbing her slightly bulging belly.
"The world do you mean?" Changying asked stirring a cup of tea and bringing it to her.
"Yeah. Very beautiful."
Changying handed the cup to her as she protested feebly.
"Another tea Changying?. I have had enough already. I can't think of having another." She said taking the cup.
"It's very good for you ma'am. Drink up."
Changying gently commanded. Yang Yang obeyed.
"I had thought life would feel different as a pregnant woman." She said sipping her tea.
Changying smilled knowingly.
"Not much difference though." She replied. Yang Yang looked up at her face eagerly.
Is life as a mother very hard?" She asked.
"Its very loving though. Full of love. Five and take affection you know." She looked absently out of the window. "Children are very beautiful creatures and I'm very happy you would be having one soon." Her eyes filled with tears as she laid her hand on Changying's arm.
"And your kids?" Yang Yang asked.
"At earth. I lost her. Couldn't bring her over here." She shook her head. Little strands of his falling off her loose ponytail. She cleaned her hands on her apron. If not for anything, she was grateful to have even been employed here.
"I'm so sorry." Yang Yang said. Her voice soft.
Changying forced a smile, nodded and turned to leave. Yang Yang watched her back, holding her cup tightly and turned to face the window again.
