On the night before the first day of school. The mansion was unusually quiet. The vast halls, usually filled with Victor Long's measured footsteps,or Adrian Wu's clipped commands, were hush now, carrying the faint glow of city lights from below.
The group of young people had gathered in the lounge, a sleek room with velvet sofas, polished floors and a wide screen glowing with dramas. Phone buzzed, controllers clicked, and soft laughter spilled into the night.
"Ugh, why are humans so obsessed with kissing under the rain? I don't find anything fun there, I feel like I would die of cold" Han jinhai groaned from where he was sprawled upsidedown on the couch, phone dangling in one hand. He had stumbled into a Thailand Bl drama, wide-eyed at the mortal actors theatrics. "If I tried that in the immortal realm, I would catch pneumonia"
Across from him, mei xuelian who was dressed in a casual black on black joggers and shirt, smirked as she fired a fake but sharp arrow, hitting the bull's eye.
"You won't even get the chance. No one would want to kiss you in the first place". Han jinhai shot up, glaring. "Rude". He pouted before turning to Wu mingyu who was leaning lazily against the window, scrolling on his phone with practiced boredom, white headset dangling from his neck forming a stack contrast to his very black hair.
"If no one would kiss me, I'm very sure brother mingyu would, right? Brother Wu mingyu ". Wu mingyu finger stilled for a second before shooting a cold glare at him
"Shut up, Idiot "he coldly replied.
Yun Qiaolan burst into laughter, sounding like jingled bell.
"Now that I think about it, you guys would really make a great perfect Top Bottom really"
"Now that's gross, what the hell have you been watching " Chen kaelun chipped in from the side where he was playing games while Yun Qiaolan giggled happily and Mei xuelian smiled softly.
Meanwhile Lin Feng and Zhao lengxuan sat together at the kitchen counter with text books scatter around and laptops opened in front of them, discussing something in hushed voice.
"Not really different from our world " Zhao lengxuan muttered pushing the rim of his glasses upward a little.
"Yeah" Lin Feng nodded, his eyes lost in thought.
"Where do you..." As he was about about to continue when Elena Zhou walked in carrying stacks of documents walking over to Lin Feng and Zhao lengxuan
" Your highness, we've gotten your identities ready" she said after a small bow, placing the documents in front of them.
Lin Feng nodded, picking up one of the documents, going through them
"Call the rest over, let's get into character quickly" he said and Elena nodded before going over to call the rest.

"My new identity is Jason Han" Han jinhai said with a grin "I feel so alive with this name, now things wouldn't be boring anymore and...my family background seems... mysterious "
"Same with mine, I'm called Susana Yun " Yun Qiaolan said with a smile "I'm from an ancient family that probably doesn't exist ". She added.
"What about you leader?" Mei xuelian asked
"Logan Wu " he said with a twitch at the coner of this lips
"Hahahaha, did Elder Wu give you his surname? This is so cute" The forever gullible Han jinhai said laughing without remose , well he was the only one laughing like an idiot.
"Well, since we've all gotten our identities, let's go sleep or whatever and prepare for a new life tomorrow" Chen kaelun said trying to smoothen the awkward situation dragging I Han jinhai along with him.
