At this moment, Itsuki, Kurenai Yuhi, and Yakumo were floating in the depths of a boundless starry sky.
Above their heads stretched a vast galaxy, like a river of diamonds spanning the heavens.
All around them was deep darkness, dotted with countless stars that glowed like gems scattered across black velvet, each shining with a soft, mesmerizing brilliance.
For anyone seeing such a scene for the first time, the impact was overwhelming.
It felt as if they had become nothing more than dust within the universe—so small, so insignificant.
Even Yakumo, who often lived in despair, was awestruck.
Even Kurenai, who had traveled the shinobi world, stood stunned.
And through the live broadcast of the Fabrication System's chat group, all the kunoichi watching—even Tsunade—were speechless.
There was such beauty in this world… even Itsuki himself had to admit he was shaken.
"Is it really like this in the depths of the starry sky?" Yakumo asked softly, her gaze distant.
Compared to such vastness, what were shinobi?
Even the legendary Sage of Six Paths was nothing before the infinite sea of stars—like an ant before an ocean.
"The galaxy you're seeing right now," Itsuki explained with a grin, "compared to the entire universe, is like a single tree compared to the whole world. Actually—no. That's not enough. The Ninja World is finite, while the stars stretch into infinity."
Yakumo's heart trembled. The emotions that had long been suppressed within her seemed to crack and release under this vision.
"Why do you know so much? Can anyone reach that place?" Yakumo turned to him, her eyes shining with wonder.
It wasn't only her—everyone who saw the illusion through the group had the same question.
The people of the Ninja World barely understood their own history.
Their maps were incomplete, their knowledge of the world limited. As for the universe? They knew nothing at all.
And yet, not one person doubted the authenticity of what they saw.
It was simply too grand, too real to be a fabrication of imagination alone.
"I can't say whether anyone can reach the true depths of the stars," Itsuki said with a playful smile.
"But as for how I know so much… well, you might not believe me. In my past life, I was a god who polished the galaxy. You see those stars? They shine because I clean them every single day."
It was clearly a joke. Childish, even.
But to his surprise, Yakumo's eyes widened with concern.
"But… you're here now. If no one polishes them, won't they grow dim? Then… we'll lose this beauty forever."
Itsuki chuckled, stretched out his hand, and let the illusion of the starry sky dissolve like bubbles, leaving them once again standing in the quiet mountains.
Yakumo's expression dimmed slightly, disappointment flickering in her eyes.
Seeing this, Itsuki gently said, "Sister Yakumo, why don't you use your own power to create a star map? If the stars fade, you can shine them back yourself."
Her eyes brightened immediately, only to fall again just as quickly.
"Will you teach me? …No, I can't become a shinobi. I can only paint them with a brush. That's still so far from reality."
Kurenai wanted to comfort her but found no words. She only stroked Yakumo's hair gently and looked at Itsuki.
The reason she had brought Itsuki here was simple—she hoped he could solve Yakumo's physical problem.
But all he had done so far was ease her heart.
And yet… perhaps that was just as important.
For the first time, Yakumo's eyes didn't carry only gloom.
For the first time, she seemed to look forward to something.
But if Itsuki could not cure her, then raising her hopes might only crush her more later.
Kurenai's heart wavered, but Itsuki gave her a small, reassuring smile.
Before he could say anything, Tsunade and Shizune arrived, striding toward them.
"Let me take a look," Tsunade had come at Kurenai's request.
Until now, Itsuki had asked her to hold back. But now the timing was right.
She already knew Yakumo's situation. If the girl could be healed, she would be a great ally to Itsuki.
So even Tsunade took this seriously.
But Yakumo shrank back instantly, hiding behind Kurenai, her wariness clear.
"I'm Tsunade," she introduced herself, her tone calm but firm.
"I'm the best medical-ninjutsu user in Konoha. If even I can't help you, then no one in the entire shinobi world can."
Kurenai quickly reassured Yakumo. "Yakumo, Lady Tsunade is the strongest medical expert alive. Please trust her."
But Yakumo shook her head. She knew her body well—this wasn't an illness.
Medicine would do nothing. And if Tsunade failed, she would only be left with another devastating blow.
No matter what Kurenai said, Yakumo refused.
"My aunt won't hurt you, Sister Yakumo," Itsuki suddenly said, his tone firm.
"If you want to draw your own star map one day, we need accurate data first. Let her check you."
Yakumo hesitated.
The words star map stirred something inside her.
No matter how bad the news, could it really be worse than now? At worst, it was just another disappointment—and she was used to those.
For some reason, she trusted Itsuki more than anyone else.
Though she listened to Kurenai, deep inside, she resented her. She trusted no one.
No one… except Itsuki.
She wasn't even sure why. Maybe it was because he had shown her a world she had never seen.
She wanted to see more.
Itsuki didn't bother persuading further. He simply guided her forward.
Kurenai's heart nearly stopped at his boldness, but Yakumo didn't resist.
Half-pushed, half-led, she let herself be brought before Tsunade.
Tsunade smirked slightly, giving Itsuki a knowing look, then placed her glowing green hands over Yakumo's head.
Within moments, her brows furrowed.
Kurenai's stomach twisted.
If Yakumo's problem were simple, it wouldn't have dragged on this long.
"Lady Tsunade…" she whispered, too afraid to finish her thought.
Shizune asked instead, her tone serious: "What's her condition?"
Tsunade exhaled slowly. "She awakened a kekkei genkai too early. Her spiritual energy is overwhelming, but her body is far too weak to balance it. The result is a rare bloodline disease—not easy to treat."
Shizune's eyes softened with sympathy as she nodded. "If that's the case, we should start by measuring her full parameters at the hospital. With drugs, we can suppress the growth of spiritual energy while strengthening the body."
"But physical energy can't be increased through medicine alone—it requires physical training. And her body… she can barely walk. Forcing training would…" Her voice trailed off.
But Tsunade cut in. "That's not the hardest part. Suppressing spiritual energy with seals and medicine is possible. Strengthening her body with Itsuki's help is also possible. Complicated, yes—but not impossible."
Her eyes narrowed.
"The real problem is that there's another powerful spiritual presence inside her. One separate from her own energy… and I can't determine its nature yet."
