At the main battlefield, the bowmen rained arrows on the countless monsters.
Unlike the frontliners, they weren't covered in the dark armours; instead of helping, it would've made them slower.
Even then, they had their own problems. Their fingers had gone numb from the nonstop shooting, a searing pain was ravaging through their arms, and with each passing moment, shooting the arrows was becoming harder and harder.
The frontlines were no better. Not everyone was an anomaly like Rion; for those who had yet to awaken their aura, even fighting a one-lined monster that had already adapted to their strategy was no different than trying to hunt a dark wolf without weapons.
Many of them were injured by the restless attacks of the monsters, and they were only able to continue because they were being strengthened by Haden's domain.
The only good part was that none of the warriors had died till now.
