The mayor rushed out of his house, greeting Aux and the others with a beaming smile.
Looking at the huge monster's head, the mayor was extremely grateful.
"Thank you! You are the saviors of our town," the mayor said.
Aux and the others quickly waved their hands, "We were just doing our job."
Despite repeatedly explaining that it was just work,
both the mayor and the town residents wanted to thank them.
They even planned a party for that evening.
The hospitality was too much to refuse!
Aux and the others could only attend, eating heartily and mingling with the town residents.

Aux waved his hand in disgust and turned to walk back into the guild.

The mayor pounced, hugging Aux's leg and refusing to let go.
A hint of resentment flashed across his expression.
"If you don't help me regain my youth, I'll die here and let everyone in the city blame your guild!" the mayor roared.
Hearing this,
Aux stopped coldly, "Although I just joined the guild not long ago, I won't let you insult Fairy Tail so casually."
Saying this, he aimed his magic staff at the old mayor, muttering incantations.

Two beams of light fell, one landing on the old mayor.
The other landed on a dog nearby.
