Compared to the real world, the U.S. in this plane was way more powerful.
All kinds of tech—you name it, they had it.
Finding people was easy.
Especially since Leon also provided names.
Soon, Tony laid a stack of dossiers in front of Leon.
Sersi: Can manipulate matter and convert substances or objects into other things.
Ikaris: Possesses superhuman strength and speed; excels at flight and firing energy beams from his eyes in combat.
Thena: A master combatant who can manifest weapons in her hands; mentally unstable and prone to indiscriminate attacks.
Ajak: Possesses healing abilities.
Kingo: Fires light blasts from his arms; his charged shots can be lethal.
Sprite: Can cast illusions and use the power creatively.
Phastos: Can assemble nearby materials into anything with telekinetic finesse; wields a hammer that fires energy.
Makkari: A speedster; deaf and uses sign.
Druig: Specializes in mind control.
Gilgamesh: Possesses overwhelming, superhuman punching power.
Ten profiles lay before Leon.
Tony said, "For now, this is everything on the Eternals we've got on Earth. We also found the Deviants—but the Deviants have apparently stopped eating humans."
He paused, then asked curiously, "Leon, are you really sure these people threaten Earth? It… doesn't exactly sound likely."
"They're a bunch of scrubs with power levels around one to two hundred," Leon shrugged, utterly nonchalant. "The truly dangerous one is Tiamut in Earth's core—a real Celestial. Once he wakes up, humanity's not even in the conversation."
Tony frowned. "So what are you proposing?"
"Before he awakens, we take Tiamut off the board completely," Leon smiled. "I'll handle it. You just beam me their coordinates."
"JARVIS, forward these coordinates to Eve," Tony said into the air.
A moment later—beep, beep, beep—ten location pins painted themselves across Leon's console.
"Alright. I'm on my way."
Leon spread both hands, and his entire body began to split.
In the end, one became ten.
Each clone carried roughly two hundred thousand in power.
Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!
Ten Leons rocketed skyward and vanished from Tony's line of sight.
"I—"
Tony stared for a long time, stunned.
At length, he had to admit: Leon was flat-out unbelievable.
…
…
London
Ikaris watched Sersi from only a few steps away.
For thousands of years on Earth, he'd harbored a silent love for Sersi—guarding her from the shadows, never confessing, only watching over her.
"If you like her, why not just confess?" A voice suddenly rang by his ear.
Ikaris turned on instinct—to find Leon smiling at him.
"Who are you?" Ikaris's brows knit.
Leon's lips lifted into a light grin. "The one who's about to take you down."
"You're looking for a fight!"
Twin crimson beams lanced from Ikaris's eyes and slammed into Leon—
—who didn't budge an inch.
Among the Eternals, Ikaris was one of the stronger fighters: super strength and speed, flight, eye-beam attacks—basically a magic-tinted Superman analogue.
Of course, Marvel's most successful "Superman variant" was arguably the Sentry.
But this Ikaris? A rookie. In front of Leon's two-hundred-thousand power-level clone, he wasn't worth mentioning.
"You won't kill anyone like that. Try it like this," Leon said. His pupils condensed with terrifying force—and twin lances of light ripped straight out of his eyes.
Squelch!
Ikaris's chest was punched clean through.
He crashed to his knees with a thud.
Leon stepped forward. His palm melted into countless pink, liquid filaments that wrapped Ikaris inch by inch—and then Ikaris was drawn entirely into Leon's body.
Divinity Shard Update:
Acquired powers — Heat Vision, Flight, Super Strength, Super Speed, Super Durability.
Leon tested the feel of it.
Meh.
Nothing special.
At best, it was worth a flat +100 to his power level; the so-called heat vision was just condensed power fired outward—kind of like a Kamehameha—capable of outputting roughly twice the user's base power.
Trash…
Still, as a god, Leon could loan these powers out—and they'd have to pay them back later anyway.
Ikaris was basically their strongest.
With him gone, the remaining nine Eternals were easy.
Next up was Sersi, with her matter-conversion, and Sprite, with illusions—both in support roles.
Two clones handled them easily.
…
…
One hour later.
In Tony's mansion, Leon appeared before Tony again.
"Handled?" Tony asked.
"Handled," Leon replied with a smile. "All trash-tier. Still, a few of their powers are kinda handy."
