"Nonsense! It was Adam who chopped off the Wizard King's head!"
"Stop arguing—both of them are dead!"

The people in the Clover Kingdom's royal capital were in chaos. Even the Magic Knights were confused, but Lemiel and Princia were not.
"The Lightsaber of Judgment."
"Chess Cannon!"
The golden lightsaber and crimson bombardment shot straight toward Lucius.
"Silver Shield."
A massive silver barrier appeared—Acier had condensed it to block the attack. With a deafening boom, the strongest female warrior of the kingdom from a past era had been resurrected.
"He comes with bad intentions," Lemiel muttered, face grim.
Princia's expression was equally serious.
Lucius only smirked as several familiar figures appeared before everyone—Morgan, Acier, the previous patriarch of the Vermillion family…
"Let them play with you."
Lucius created multiple clones to hold off Lemiel and Princia, while his true self sped toward the core of the kingdom.
"Get back here!"
Xiaoshui rode on her companion, Blue dragon, chasing after Lucius. They had originally been dispatched by the good Adam to support the evil Adam, but after feeling such overwhelming magic, they immediately rushed back.
Xiaoshui fired a Water Magic: Sea Dragon Bullet toward Lucius—but Admiller suddenly appeared, turning the blue water into black and reflecting the attack right back.
"Damn it!"
Xiaoshui Blue spat out a fireball, evaporating the black water instantly. Xiaoshui glared at Lucius's retreating figure with pure fury. Feeling her master's faint aura, he gritted her teeth.
"Adam, please… don't be in any trouble…" she whispered, tears streaming down.
Vanessa and Mimosa knelt beside Adam, desperately using healing magic. Vanessa's thread magic surrounded the wound, while Mimosa unleashed her strongest plant-based recovery spells.
But it seemed useless.
"Ahem… don't mind me… just stop that guy…" Adam coughed blood and fell weakly into Mereoleona's arms.
The fierce lioness of the Clover Kingdom—who never shed tears—was crying uncontrollably.
Charlotte and Noelle were sobbing too.
"Adam, please don't leave me!" Noelle cried.
"Why would I leave you?" Adam smiled weakly. "I'm just… a little tired…"
He gently wiped the tears from Noelle's eyes—and then fainted.
"Adam!!"
Far away in the Spade Kingdom, the evil Adam coughed up blood, clutching his chest as he sank to one knee.
"Kind-hearted me… what stupid thing have you done…" he muttered, looking toward the sky.
The battle between Morris and Ladin was still raging on. The "new Demon King," who possessed Decomposition Magic, and the "Demon God," who controlled all demonic attributes, were locked in a brutal clash.
"I hope that guy can hold out for a while. Tiger Power—release!"
Adam closed his eyes. His mental strength was too damaged to activate Rabbit Power, but the Tiger's ability transcended the boundary between yin and yang.
"He's stabilizing!" Mimosa exclaimed.
The soul of the good Adam, which had been fading, was gradually restored by the strength of his other self. The gentle power of the Horse Talisman began healing his body, slowly repairing even his heart.
"I'll leave Adam to you," Mereoleona said firmly.
"Don't worry," Mimosa nodded. "I'll definitely save him."
Mereoleona carefully laid Adam on Mimosa's lap before standing, eyes blazing with determination.
Noelle and Charlotte had already flown to the battlefield. As long as Adam still lived, their resolve would not waver.
"Let's go," Mereoleona ordered.
"Yes!" Vanessa wiped her tears, face hardening with resolve.
"Light Magic: Sword of Light!"
"Robot Armament!"
Lemiel brandished his golden blade, while Princia transformed into her Valkyrie form. The two charged at Lucius.
"It's useless. Just surrender—and welcome the new world!" Lucius sneered.
Ten Time Magic shields instantly surrounded him and fired like cannonballs.
"Light Slash!"
"Chess Cannon!"
Their combined attacks collided with the shields in an explosion of light and flame, destroying four of ten barriers. But even that wasn't enough.
Lucius's clone was terrifyingly strong.
"That's it?" he mocked.
As Lemiel and Princia struggled to evade in midair, the disdain on Lucius's face deepened.
And the same scene played out across every battlefield.
Lucius's clones—each like a dimensional force—were annihilading the captains and Magic Knights.
Even veteran captains were being overwhelmed, while countless lesser knights didn't even have the courage to draw their grimoires.
They thought the Wizard King had betrayed them.
"Time Magic: Imprisonment."
Lucius caught Randall, the vice-captain of the Crimson Lion Kings. With a sharp crack, both Randall and the magic shield shattered to pieces.
"Randall!"
Leo roared in fury, releasing an enormous surge of flame. But Lucius easily dodged the blast.
"Die."
Lucius teleported behind Leo, his hand ready to strike—
"The Breath of the Salamander!"
"Super Fierce Fist!"
Lucius barely dodged the fiery breath of the spirit before being struck across the face by Mereoleona's punch.
But as she lunged forward to press the attack, a powerful middle-aged man appeared and punched her away.
"Father!" the three Vermillion siblings cried in shock.
"You've grown," their father said kindly. "Let me see whether you've improved enough… to be worthy of the new world."
This "reunion" was happening elsewhere too.
"Solid, Nebra… my dear children. It's been a long time."
Acier smiled, her expression soft but eyes chillingly cold.
"Mother… what's wrong with you?" Solid trembled.
"Let me see if you've grown."
Countless mercury droplets shot from Acier's hands toward her children.
"Mother!!"
The two collapsed, unable to even raise their grimoires.
"Silver Escape!"
"The Roar of the Sea Dragon!"
A silvery barrier and a massive sea dragon intercepted the attack. Noelle—glowing in her Valkyrie form—and Nozel—fully awakened—stood between their mother and siblings.
"Mother…"
They could barely speak through their tears.
Acier smiled gently. "Let me see how much you've grown, my children."
One wielded mercury, the other water. Mother and children faced each other—two sides of the same mirror.
Lucius truly was a master of dreams. Just like that annoying neighbor who says, "I've turned into a dragon," he had turned loved ones into twisted puppets.
Nacht, revived by Adam's earlier healing, joined Yami and unleashed a joint spell—Devil's Amusement Park—to battle his resurrected brother, Morgan.
Across every battlefield, tragic reunions unfolded.
Lucius was selectively reviving those with strong souls. Family reunions were few—and all heartbreaking.
While the Black Bulls and captains fought the clones, Asta faced his own nightmare.
After Morris absorbed the Demon King's power, Lucius also gained Lucifero's memories.
Asta's mother, Richita, had been twisted into the demon Liebe by one of Lucius's clones. The devil she once saved—and who loved her—went berserk.
Asta, filled with fury and grief, drew upon more than 100% of his demonic power. The two brothers—human and devil—fused their hearts and magic.
