"That's good!" Milim nodded, then glanced around. "Where is this Ryuka you mentioned? Why isn't she with you?"
Linlin took a bite of cake and said calmly, "It seems something has happened outside of Totto Land, so I sent Ryuka to gather some intelligence."
"She should be here soon." Just as Linlin finished speaking, a beautiful girl with long golden hair, dressed in a maid outfit, ran in from outside.
Ryuka caught her breath, looking at Linlin with an anxious face. "King Linlin, several nations in the Grand Line have jointly declared war on Totto Land!"
"Oh! It's starting this soon?" Although Linlin had long anticipated that a war between nations was inevitable, she hadn't expected it to break out so quickly.
"According to intelligence from our spies, it wasn't supposed to happen this quickly, but a nation called the Kingdom of Endless War took the lead and issued a declaration of war," Ryuka quickly explained.
"The Kingdom of Endless War!" Linlin nodded. She had heard of this country; it was a nation shrouded in war every single day.
It was even said, exaggeratingly, that anyone over the age of six had to participate in the war.
After a moment of thought, Linlin suddenly spoke, "Notify all guards in Totto Land to prohibit any ships from entering or leaving. From this moment on, Totto Land is officially in a state of war."
"Also, ask the giants who have just joined us to help guard Totto Land while Milim and I are away." Linlin's expression was more serious than ever before.
"Although I don't think they have a chance of reaching Totto Land, it's better to be cautious."
Ryuka's mouth fell open in surprise. "King Linlin, are you going to mobilize as well?"
Linlin let out a long breath. "This is Totto Land's first war. It must be a clean and decisive victory."

"Just leave the piddling Kingdom of Endless War to me," Milim said, patting her chest confidently.
Then, Linlin turned her gaze back to Ryuka. "Inform El that his fish-man friends can be put to use. While we are away from Totto Land, no ships are to be allowed near our waters."
"Understood!" Ryuka nodded, then hesitated before speaking again. "King Linlin, do you not need anyone to accompany you and Lady Milim?"
"There's no need." Linlin shook her head. Totto Land could not afford any losses right now. Besides, those three nations had no powerful individuals. Even if there were some hidden powerhouses, with her own iron skin and the regenerative abilities of the phoenix, it was absolutely impossible for her to die there.
Although she felt that something was off about this declaration of war, Linlin had no hesitation. Her immense strength gave her unparalleled confidence.
And with Milim heading to the most warlike nation, the Kingdom of Endless War, Linlin believed that no matter how many powerful individuals were there, they would be unable to resist Milim's power.
With all the arrangements made, Milim was already getting impatient.
Unlike Charlotte Linlin, who needed to conserve her stamina before the war, Milim had no such worries. Her stamina was practically inexhaustible.
So, Milim didn't choose to travel to the Kingdom of Endless War by ship. Instead, she got an Eternal Pose from El, spread her dragon wings, and transformed into a crimson meteor, streaking across the sky.

"Milim! Milim!" A voice suddenly called out. Vegapunk came running from a distance, panting, and stopped in front of Linlin.
"Huff... huff! King Linlin, where is Milim?" Vegapunk asked anxiously.
Linlin looked at the crimson streak in the distance. "You might be a little late."
Vegapunk followed Linlin's gaze and also saw the crimson trail. "Sigh, I was a step too late."
"Dr. Vegapunk, did you need Milim for something?" Linlin asked curiously.
"Oh!" Realizing, Vegapunk quickly took out two discs from his person. "I heard that you and Milim are both Devil Fruit users, King Linlin."
"So I've specially developed two shielding devices!" Vegapunk held up the two discs in his hands and explained, "This is a device I developed to shield against seawater. If you wear this and come into contact with the sea, the device will emit a thin film."
"It filters out the Seastone factor in the water, preventing it from affecting your body. I originally intended to give them to you and Milim."
"But now that Milim has already left, I'll give this device to you, King Linlin. I hope it can help you." Dr. Vegapunk handed the disc in his hand to Charlotte Linlin.
Linlin's eyes widened as she looked at the disc in her hand, so shocked she was almost speechless. Vegapunk had only been in Totto Land for a few days.

"I sincerely hope that a wonderful country like Totto Land can exist forever."
"Of course. We will not fail." Linlin stepped onto her ship with immense confidence, and the vessel set off at high speed in one direction.

The king rubbed his hands together, his face wreathed in smiles. "My lords, as you can see, my army is fully assembled. We are just waiting for your command to march on Totto Land!"
