Walking in the most desired place he has been, it was well structured and well detailed with each design marvelously good it was something that he never came across at Spain. Maybe it was because his gramps never made him feel worthless so there was no need to check out places that were nice.
But him standing here was feeling amazing and he was happy to have seen it
"the name do suck alright, but the inside and the design are wonderful it is just so Wow to me" he said in a gaps
"told you that you'll like it lukey" Nathaniel said with a smile before turning to the back to get changed "be right back, got to change real quick" he announced as he left
"OK be waiting here, just be quick I need to order right away" Luke half screamed as he looked for an empty seat.
He saw an empty seat at the end of the cafe by the window making it an amazing view and giving a beautiful sight, be was so carried away by the design of the cafe that he never knew when Nathaniel walked in on him.....
"enjoying the sight"
"oh yeah, it is wonderful to say"....
With a brow lifted Nathaniel looked at Luke skeptically "you haven't came out or like go to somewhere nice when you were at Spain???" Nathaniel asked
"no not really, I never went out ever since that incident happened and gramps never treated me like a deep shit when I was there so there was no reason for me to go out cause he always get me what I wanted.... but this place is amazing, you just got yourselves a new customer now cause I will be coming here from now on" Luke made his words sound like an excited kid.
"OK sorry about that, but am always here to serve you in your orders whenever you come in OK..... So what are you ordering" Nathaniel said as he awaits Luke's reply
"wait I've checked the menu first and I know that they are one hundred and one things here I wanna tryout" he paused for a while before saying "I want a vanilla ice cream in an ice cream bowl with chocolate ice cream too and please add sprinkles to it as well, don't ask gramps made me love sprinkles"
Nathaniel looked happier to hear his customer's order "alright your order is coming right up" he said as he walked to the counter to get what Luke ordered.
Luke looked around the cafe as he saw other people in the cafe.....
He saw people who were relaxing just as Nathaniel had said earlier, there where also people with their partners and it looks like they were on dates it made him feel lonely but he paid no held to it for long. He continued looking at the people present at the ice-cream cafe that evening the he saw a group of people he considered family as they sat together in happiness and joy enjoying the ice cream together and having fun..... It felt sadden to him because he knew he could never have that in his family. His sadness didn't last long cause he was distracted by something or someone and that was the movement of Nathaniel as he rolled up his sleeves.
His mouth went dry as he stirs at the bigger guy's muscles and their movements, with every movement Nathaniel made in attempt to get his order his muscles made him look spectacular.
On the other hand Nathaniel wasn't even paying attention to the starr he was getting from Luke. He continued to scoop the vanilla ice cream in an ice cream bowl then added scoops of chocolate ice cream to it then he looked up a little bit meeting the gaze of the smaller guy that awaits his order.
Luke noticed Nathaniel starring at him and then he smiled at him which made him looked down avoiding the guy's gaze.... 'shots I fucked up starring at him, now he noticed that oh my goodness am such an idiot' he thought as he kept looking at his hands in embarrassment as some heat creeps up to his cheeks making his face look flustered and he was embarrassed by that...
"slow down, why am I embarrassed by him.... Why is my heart beating so fast, and why am I flustered just by his gaze what is going on" he said in a whisper but just as he thought of what was happening to him, he brushed it off completely as if he never thought of anything but he still held his head down still feeling a little embarrassed by the whole thing.
"your order, lukey" Nathaniel said as he stood by the other male sitting on the chair looking down to his hands
"oh..... Thank you Nate" Luke managed to alter avoiding the look on Nathaniel's face
"now try it and tell me what you think" Nathaniel said with enough energy like a puppy happy to see his bone
Luke took one spoon then followed with three more into his mouth as his face lite up holding his left hand on his left cheek as he smile "yummy and great I love it am definitely going to be coming back here always" he took another spoon of the ice cream as he continued his words "you just had a new customer here... Hmmm, yummy am taking some home later" he said as he scoops up more ice-cream to his mouth enjoying it.
Nathaniel was happy with the compliments and also shocked by how Luke ate the bowl of ice-cream "calm down you'll choke on that so take it slow" he says as he took a seat by Luke "sorry about that but it is far too delicious for me not to eat like that" Luke said with some ice cream still in his mouth.
Nathaniel shook his head as he looked at Luke before giggling at the ice-cream that was glued to Luke's face "you have something over here" he said as he held out some tissue paper cleaning Luke's face not knowing his actions was making the other boy to feel flustered again "thanks" Luke says as he looked at his ice-cream
"you are welcome but why is your face looking as red as a tomato, are you ok lukey????" Nathaniel asked as he held his hands up to Luke's forehead fir a quick inspection "you seem to be fine" he said looking confused
"dude.... Am fine, am cool it's nothing" he said still looking at his ice-cream on his table.
"ok if you say so" Nathaniel said as he got up to go answer some customers that just entered the Cafe "be back in a sec" he says as he walks to the counter.
Luke just looked up as he said "ok I will be here..."
Few minutes later he was done with his ice-cream, he tossed aside his empty ice-cream bowl as he took out his phone to check on something that will keep him busy for awhile then he saw series of messages from his mom and by the looks of these messages she might be worried about him.
FROM MOM.
@MOM: where are you dear...
@MOM: answer me Luke are you even there..
@MOM: hey hon this is mom again am just worried about you.....
@MOM: son where are you are you still mad from earlier, am so so so sorry about that please come home or give me a call dear.
@MOM: Luke mommy misses you please call me back ok or text me to know you are safe.
All these messages made Luke feel like the void he feels inside seems to have been covered up a little more by his mom, it made him feel a little happy that someone still cares for him in his family.
FROM LUKE
@LUKE: mom am alright don't stress about it am good and besides am not alone am at Nathaniel's so it is ok and am sorry for walking out of the house like that... But see you later.
When he was done texting he removed his phone from messager and went to play a brain storming game and he seems happy playing it..... It was noticeable cause there was a little smile on his face.

Few hours later....
"you seem happy playing that stupid game, don't you play other games like PSP, CALL OF DUTY or FREE Fire. And with your level of intelligence you could do tutoring at school since you're able to play this game with high speed, leveling up like it is nothing to you" Nathaniel complained as he sat there watching Luke play on his phone
"am not that smart nor intelligent like must at school, just someone who's just get to do things I like and to me that is not a definition of smartness to me" Luke said with eyes still glued to his phone.
"if that is not smartness then I don't know what that is.... You are like crazy smart for someone our age and have you seen the person's in our class they are not as smart or half smart as you. You can do tutorials for them after school and get paid with it too it will be like free cash for you" Nathaniel said as he seem to caught the interest of Luke cause he paused his game and looks up "really, tell me more..." luke said with interest written on his voice.
......
Later the two of them walked out the shop going home like earlier Nathaniel shift was over and now someone came to take over.
Nathaniel shift time was seven hours in the evenings everyday and he was to go home to rest for class the next day, but Saturdays he was there for eight to nine hours and Sundays where free for him then he can assist in his family's bakery.
"so are you really gonna do the tutoring thing cause if you are then sign me up immediately am having troubles with math..... It has been my troubling subject and it gets more advance every new semester am cooked. I can pay you if you want and tests are coming up next three weeks" Nathaniel complains giving all hope on himself
"yes am serious Nate and I will happily take you as the first tutoring class I've got at the moment but it will be tomorrow ok and am not taking money from you... You're my best friend and friends help each other never forget that, got to get prepared for it and fix a day that I will be having tutorials at class and the other days online" Luke as as he look at his hands, thinking which day will be best for online tutorials and class as he walks with his ice-cream in a closed bowl in a bag going home along with Nathaniel
"that will be great, if I may suggest I would say Mondays to Thursdays would be good for online tutorials and Fridays would be for class tutorials"
"I was thinking the same thing, now I see why they say two heads are better than one. Now the arrangements are set then so tomorrow we'll start by 4:30 to 6:30 two hours every day since we close 3:30 at school...." Luke sounded happy
Nathaniel seems to like the idea " that is great idea, then see you tomorrow then smart brain" Nathaniel teasingly said as he walked the opposite direction going home "chat or talk later" he waves as he walked down the road that evening "alright, later or tomorrow" Luke said warmly as he too waved at Nathaniel making his journey home with his ice-cream he's been looking forward to eat alone in his room.
The night was quite and the air was nice to the skin. It kind of made his heart feel at peace as he walked the street back home in that lonely night.

The best thing about Luke's family is his mother and just that they were rich and well to do kind of people....
Nathaniel's family only has a bakery but it doesn't pay all their bills but the guy is happy and living peacefully with them and he works to help the family too.....
Then how will these two friends came to be in the first place and how will their friendship turn to something deep between them.
