Screen 1 — The Tiny Stowaway
After the events of Amazon Lily, Boa Hancock hides Luffy under her cloak to sneak him aboard a Marine ship heading for Impel Down.
Ben, realizing he can't go in full size, taps the Omnitrix.
FLASH. "Nanomech."
Ben shrinks to one inch tall, glowing faintly green.
Luffy laughs. "You're so small! That's awesome!"
Hancock looks around, confused. "Where did he go? I can't even see him."
Nanomech's tiny voice replies, "I'll hide in your hat, Luffy. Don't move too fast."
Luffy grins. "Okay, little buddy."

Screen 2 — Journey to the Deep Sea Prison
The Marine ship cuts through the waves toward Impel Down — the world's most secure prison.
Its mission: deliver Boa Hancock and her "escort" to the gate.
Nanomech clings to Luffy's hat brim, whispering instructions.
"Stay calm, Luffy. No noise, no weird moves."
Luffy nods, pretending to stretch. "Got it."
The ship enters the massive iron gates of Impel Down, disappearing beneath the sea.

Screen 3 — The Structure of Hell
Impel Down extends deep below the ocean, divided into six layers of torment:
Level 1 — Crimson Hell: a forest of blades and blood.
Level 2 — Wild Beast Hell: monsters roam freely.
Level 3 — Starvation Hell: hunger and heat torture prisoners.
Level 4 — Blazing Hell: boiling blood and endless fire.
Level 5 — Freezing Hell: cold that kills slowly.
Level 6 — Eternal Hell: home to the world's worst criminals.
Nanomech scans the walls as they descend. "Every level is a nightmare… and every camera's got a blind spot. I'll take care of the surveillance."

Screen 4 — Chaos in the Prison
Luffy's disguise doesn't last long. He's discovered and forced to fight through every level.
Nanomech hacks into the prison's cameras, disabling alarms and opening gates.
They meet Buggy the Clown, then Mr. 3 and Bon Clay. Luffy teams up with them to survive each level's horrors.
Even Crocodile reappears — silent and calculating — unaware that Ben is hiding inside Luffy's hat the entire time.
Nanomech mutters, "Crocodile's here… figures."

Screen 5 — Magellan, the Living Poison
Chief Warden Magellan blocks their path, his entire body covered in lethal poison from the Venom-Venom Fruit.
Luffy attacks but is overwhelmed, collapsing under the toxin's power.
Nanomech yells, "We need help now!"
Out of nowhere, a booming voice answers.
Emporio Ivankov of the Revolutionary Army appears, using his Horm-Horm Fruit to neutralize the poison.
Luffy barely survives.
Nanomech climbs onto Ivankov's shoulder and squeaks, "Thanks, big guy."
Ivankov laughs. "A talking bug? Darling, you're fabulous!"

Screen 6 — Level 5.5: Newkama Land
Ivankov brings Luffy to the hidden paradise between levels five and six, known as Newkama Land.
There, he heals Luffy at the cost of immense pain. Even near death, Luffy refuses to stop.
Ben monitors Luffy's pulse from his mini-tech link. "He's barely holding on… but he's not giving up."
When Luffy recovers, Ivankov and Bon Clay rally the prisoners. Together, they storm deeper into the prison to reach Level 6.

Screen 7 — The Great Escape
At the lowest level, they learn the worst news: Ace has already been sent to Marineford for execution.
Luffy refuses to quit. He frees Jinbe, the fish-man Warlord, along with Crocodile and Mr. 1.
An unlikely alliance forms. They fight through Magellan's army and the deadly poison beasts.
Bon Clay stays behind to hold the Gates of Justice open — sacrificing himself so the others can escape.
As their ship breaks free into the sunlight, Ben finally returns to human form.
He steps out from behind Luffy, stretching his arms. "You guys didn't even know I was here, huh?"
Everyone stares in shock.
Buggy screams, "What in the world is that thing?!"
Ben grins. "Name's Ben Tennyson. Let's go save your brother."
