Shigure's pov.
I woke up to the sound of the soft winds brushing through the den i made, I got up feeling... Lighter for some reason. The pain in my back as half gone, though i still felt something when I touched it. "Almost thought it went numb.. scared me there for a sec" i laughed out in relief, before pushing open the hide covering the entrance of the makeshift bone tent. Staring upwards as the beautiful golden light passes through the Giant hole in the roof. I wowed at the sight before shaking my head back to sense.
"How the hell am I gonna leave this den?!" I Yelled out in anger at the realization, feeling pissed off as I spotted the bird creatures flying around so freely made me even more pissed off. With that anger nowhere to go I picked up a medium sized stone. I spotted the same bird i saw and hurled the stone so fast it felt like shooting an explosion through my arm. The bird didn't even get to see it before having its body turned to red mist by the stone wich was half it size. I smiled in triumph "Yeah little bitch! See how much im better!" I laughed out before depressing at the thought of not leaving again. "Ugh" was my only response.
I looked at the cliffs side and pondered in how i should leave. I glanced at my clawed hands and had a not so bright painful idea. "No pain no gain I guess..." I sighed as i stuck my fingers into the stone groaning before sticking my fingers of my left hand slightly higher than before. Pain overwhelming my fingers but I endured just to leave that disgustingly filthy pit of blood and the stench of two dead animals behind. And a few hours of absolute pain and suffering, and a pinch of soreness I made it up. "HELL YEAH!" I screamed out internally, because my mouth was unable to form out coherent words due to broken fingers.
Huffing and panting I got up, my fists numb and unfeeling due to my fingers pointing in ten different directions. I just looked at it and decided to move on, bawling my hands into fists. I looked forward as there was a bright light coming from a one of the tunnels. I quickly got on guard and readied myself for combat. "Better be safe than dead." I repeated the same quote i used to say in my old party, wich i already half forgotten about. I stepped through the tunnel and a Big monsterous shade came over me.
I froze in fear as i looked up Slowly. Hands getting ready to snap at any moment. As i finally got a good view of it, it was a giant wolf with two horns pointing straight forward and a black swirling orb between them it had six legs two front, two middle and two on the back. Its tail was like a mouth thingy, wich it used to fire a laser at me. "Ah so that's why you look so colourful!" I dodged to the left, evading the attack just barely as I was stunned by its sheer power. 'ill have to focus if i don't want a new hole on my body.' i thought as i tired to find any spot I can attack from.
There were none. I realized I had to fight tooth and nail to even survive, let alone kill it. And before i could even think for a second time it dashed straight at me with unbelievable speed. Using it's claws to swipe through my chest. Blood gushes out as it tore through. Pain was the only thing i felt at that moment. I got launched back into the wall, but the adrenaline was so strong I didn't even feel it. I got up with blank eyes, not a single emotion in them.
It used its laser once more but i evaded it by moving my head an inch to he left. I was still bleeding, but i didn't even think. My body moved on its own, evading every attack and getting closer to the beast. I regain control and dash towards it with renewed power tearing one of its middle legs off. It used its laser once again... "Bad mistake, you idiotic fool." I grinned hard as I threw its legs away. I raised my arm up as a black ball of energy charged up before bringing it straight down. And the monster was directly hit by the black energy, burning its flesh and skin away. But it somehow survived. 'I didn't even mean to do that... My body just.. did it on instinct.' i thought, almost thinking the monster had died.
I was shocked and surprised, eyes widening and arms trembling harder than ever. The wolf comes out of the beam burned and bloodied, half its limbs gone but still fights. "H..HOW!?" I screamed out hard as the wolf roared and charged straight at me and plummeting me hard into near death. 'i shouldn't have used all my power in that attack.' i thought as i continued to barely block it's attacks, its claws gashing through my body. But I didn't give up. "I didn't fight for five days straight through pain and suffering just to die to some insect like YOU!" Anger took over me and that same black energy came over me again. I shook my arms as my arm got encased with the black energy.
I jump up and spot it's unprotected back. I charged up my arm along with its magical chaos power around it. 'mukeiha.' my mind thought that word on its own again. I screamed hard as i punched its back harder than i ever did before, that punch alone broke it's back. But the black chaos energy formed aswell too, a gigantic black beam of pure energy shoots out with a bang so loud i didn't even hear it. The wolf gets disintegrated into a pile of bones and steaming blood.
I fell to the ground, sticking the landing and standing upright, looking tired. Barely standing i raised my arm and spoke up. "I'm alive?" And after saying only that, I fell to my knees breathing hard as blood continued gushing out. But i still didn't black out, i couldn't. I just sat there on my knees until i fell asleep from tiredness as the bleeding stopped due to my body's accelerated healing. A faint symbol appearing on my chest, glowing black with a single word engraved on it "chaos." But I didn't know about it yet.
