Chapter 1: Transmigration
Kaels pov.
I was just your average guy. A student. Average grades, average physicality. Average everything. I wanted to change as much as i can. But i thought. 'ill always be like this, no matter how hard i try.' i looked at the ground in defeat, punching the wall next to me so hard my hand started bleeding. "Ah shit. That's gonna be annoying." I said, looking at my blooded hand. My eyes darting between it and the wall. "Why did i even do that?!" I almost yelled out.
I heard my moms voice. "Come down and have breakfast Honey!" She yelled. I sighed and went downstairs, looking at my mother before sitting down on the table. I went back to overthinking, mind clouding completely. My mother brings me back to focus. "You seem like you got alot in that big head of yours." She said sarcastically as i checked my bag incase i missed anything. 'i don't want to get yelled at again.' i thought whilst shaking my head.
As the breakfast got ready, i ate. And ate like a vicious monster. Mother's cooking was probably the only thing keeping me going at these times. As i continued eating and praised her cooking. I got a notification "you're gonna be late dumbass!" The text said, i could hear the tone behind it almost.
I jolted up "shit im gonna be late!" I almost screamed like a little girl. Getting ready and dashing out.
I arrived just when the gates were closing and i jumped, just barely slipping through. "Fuck yes." I said to myself whilst panting. I looked up, my eyes darkening as i snap back to reality. And with an exhale i go into the school, and as soon as i stepped foot in there. I just FELT the pure hate coming from the people staring and looking at me. I looked downwards before finally arriving to class. I had nothing to do so I got bored.. and slowly began to fall asleep. Or as i thought i was falling asleep, my heart started beating slower... And slower. I went another night sleepless, and as a punishment i died. My heart couldn't handle all the strain.
I continued closing my eyes, unaware of my death. Not even i felt it. But i felt air hitting against me, my hair blowing through the wind and the feeling of grass at my feet. 'I must be sick...' i thought before keeping my eyes closed. But out of curiosity, i opened my eyes. My eyes darted around, looking at the breathtaking view of a grass Field, the sun rays shining brighter than usual the air feeling more... Alive. I turned back, seeing a mansion and then looked at myself. I was dressed in a navy blue... "What even am i wearing?" I said to myself. looking medival and strangely noble i sighed and decided to see if this is just another weird dream because i drank too much energy drinks. But i felt pain, REAL pain.
"Im not sure how i should feel about this." I said blankly, as i looked at the mansion behind me. I snarled and got up. A servant running to me with a worried expression on her face. "Mr. Kael! Where have you been!?" She said frantically. Although it was obvious she was more worried about her paycheck than me. "Save the bullshit. Where am i?" I deadpanned, looking at her straight in the eyes. I didn't want to be rude, im not. But its just how i talk. "Ah well, mr. Kael, you're the eldest son and the heir to the thornveil family." She said, looking at me like im a cursed spirit.
I looked at her blankly again before speaking up. "I see. Thank you for the information." I said before walking past her and into the mansion as i walked i got a very hard headache and almost fell, but my willpower forced me to stand. "Gah!" I groaned, holding my head as the pain subsides.
I took in the marvelous sight, gold and silver splatterd everywhere. Paintings of people i didn't even know. As i walked I looked at a door, a sign above it. "Young lords kaels room." I figured it was me and opened the door, a creak following as i stepped in closed the door behind me with a click. And as i turned my head and looked around, i saw a woman. Who was fast asleep. She had a great body and beautiful features. But i ignored it. "Id rather die than be in love." I said, my tone almost disgusted as i looked out the window. Looking interested but also annoyed.
The girl turned, her dark purple hair covering her body. She seemed to be naked. "A naked sleeper? Shes smart." I said before leaving her alone for some privacy. I stepped outside of the room. Wondering what I should do.
