I sat on the dinner table of the huge mansion... having my lunch when i heard the shocking news.
"Yaa... respectfully FUCK OFF!"
The blonde haired women, Milia shouted with eyes filled with disgust.
"Please pack your bags, someone like you isn't needed in this party."
The black haired Amelia added.
"All you do is stare at our skirts with that disgusting look on your face."
"when you are supposed to cover us, you just run away..."
"When we need you, all you do is stare at our bodies with lewd eyes."
A Truck load of remarks came in from the other members...
"Your ass is so fkin worthless... that fkin rock on the ground would be more useful."
The final remarks came from Milia.
"Is... this a prank?"
I asked, unsure if this was a joke... but instead...
My plate was snatched from me... but that she put it back
"You may leave after you eat."
Rachael stated, her short blue hair fluttering as cold winter breeze flew in.
Her eyes glaring daggers at me.
"Aah..."
I t was than... that i realised that... i was genuinely being kicked out of the party.
And that was how... i who was expecting these beautiful women called Milia, Amelia, Chloe & Rachael... to confess their undying love for me....
Ended up telling me to fuck off!

"Son... you are back? What brings you back so early?
My mother stated, as she weakly got out of her bed.
"I... I'm gonna start living with you starting today."
"Huh? Why? Did you get into a fight? Anyway... i'll get dinner ready so sit there."
Watching my mother get up weakly, i felt despair.
I didn't know what to do... various thoughts ran through my mind and i was panicking invariably.
"Mom... it's fine... i'm not hungry."
I stated, but i actually was very hungry.
I used all my money to get back home and now i... was flat broke.
It took me 2 days to get here and i haven't eaten anything since i started at the capital 2 days ago.
I didn't get any money from them, stating i was worthless for the raid so i get nothing.
I had no way of refuting since i knew just how worthless i have been.

I felt ashamed, as i wished she'd not outright accept my refusal and just cook me something but...
Based on why she accepted... rations must be thin right now...
"I'm gonna sleep for a bit, and let's talk about everything later... hmm?"

My mother fell asleep and i walked out, in hopes of finding a job.

My sister wasn't home because she was at the academy and she'd only show up once every year.
But since this is her last year and after this... she'd be officially stationed as a civil servant... i just had to endure this 1 year and somehow manage the house, rent, groceries, loans and tution feess following many other things.
Which should cost me around 1 gold coin a month.
That means... i have to somehow manage to earn around 3 silver and 5 bronze every month.
If i were in the party... i easily earned 10 gold a month so i had no problem sending most of my money back keeping some with myself for when i might go to a date with 1 of the girls.
And everytime they rejected my advances, which i thought was just them being shy... i'd go by myself and spend the money...
While 1 sent around 5 back home along with 2 of them going to the tution.... i would be left with 5 gold every month.
Was it because i was aware... or was it because i just didn't know how to spend my money...
I ended up giving extra to the academy's tution and now... i don't have to worry about tution fees anymore.
If i had... i'd have probably been fucked.
3 gold a month... that was 300 silver which meant i had to earn 10 silver a month...
But... what matters right now is to earn 3.5 silvers a day... and it probably wouldn't be easy.

Fuck... so many job offers but most of em are temperory... but, let's find this cat... i'm good at following traces and it should pay for half of the day's money.

After going at it for a while and looking for traces of the cat based on what the discription and it's last found location.
I started looking for traces at the vascinity.
A furry black cat, so it should leave some hair or some kind of evidence so i can sniff it and find it's location.
So... i was out on my journey to find a cat...
It was than, that i was reminded of the past...
i was a damage dealer but i was treated more as a scout since that was the only useful thing about me...
After clare arrived and became a better alternative than me... it was than it appears that i outlived my usefulness.
I guess i understand... it's taking me this long to find a fkin cat but clare would have found it ijn minutes.
Because, not only was she good at identifiation and other types of scout related sense magic... she had the intelligence aspect aswell.
She wasn't just a scout, as she could deal damage and make strategies aswell!
She was the whole package.

After finding it, i gave the association the cat for identification and it was the cat, for which i rejoiced and took the 1 silver coin.
I took some vegetables back home and cooked a vegetable curry... and had it with rice.
Than i was reminded of the slice of steak i had recently in the party's mansion...
I than realised... it was probably the last luxury meal of my life.
After feeling refreshed after having a good meal, i again went out as the cold breeze caressed my body as i shivered uncontrollably.
"Should've bought the damn coat when i had the fkin money!"
I mumbled to myself, as i went out in the freezing cold without a coat on me.
