Well, if I have to write, I guess I will write down everything that I learned so I can make sense of this shit. Hm, where do I start?
This world is not normal.
Everything else is the same as a normal city on Earth, except for the start of the industrial era and a major event in this world's history, which changed this world from its roots.
One country came really close to ruling the whole world. The land on the map is not the same as the earth; the countries all have weird names. That is the main reason I think this is not Earth.
The third emperor of the Laveshia Empire was tired and annoyed with his family's lecherous history. One day, he ordered the scientists of the Laveshia Empire to find a way to make human desires for sex a bit more refined and dignified genetically.
They made a gas that could make humans control their urges and used it all around the world.
But guess what? Life finds a way. And so does horniness.
After a few decades, the empire noticed that the old people were fine under this new dignified way of life, but the new generation that was born after the great purification was a weird one.
They had all become closet perverts.
When they were alone or within their houses, they did acts of perversion that could shame any man. But in their normal day-to-day life, they acted like they were the nicest and most dignified people in the world.
Their brain had just become such a thing that they found this the most natural way to live. In their eyes, nothing was wrong.
It was normal to act like a total pervert if someone was alone with another person. But the moment a third person joined, they would all return to their normal, the so-called dignified self.
As if they were the most noble men and women in the world and would never even think of doing such a thing ever, yet their internal thoughts always lingered on being alone with someone, so they could release their wildest desires in the world.
They had the thoughts and desires, but in public, they would never do such a thing. Their minds would never let them.
But there were some psychological exceptions in that as well. The rare, insane ones who feared no shame at all. Who were outside of social norms. And cared for nothing in their pursuit of getting off.
To contain those from others, laws were made. If someone broke this three-person dignity code, there was a special corruption zone where they were sent to live out the rest of their lives. It was less like an asylum for crazy people and was more like a human farm to pump out as many children as possible.
The population of the world has dropped quite a lot due to this new dignified way of life. The gas was responsible for half of it.. it made most men and women infertile and it was passed to the next generation. When two people were alone, they cared more for pleasure than anything else.
Pregnancy has entirely become a medical thing. Test tube babies are the norm. Partners can only decide to get pregnant when they are normal. The medicine they take daily to calm their urges also prevents unwanted pregnancy. Partners need a government license to become parents and stop taking these medicines.
The government gives special privileges to those who are pregnant. The partners are given extensive training to act dignified for their child. The special medicine they receive after getting a license doesn't harm a child and helps control their urges.
The situations I have been through in a week made me, a certified lecherous person, feel shame.
These people were sick, and since a whole century had gone by since that first generation, everyone in the world was now a closet pervert. They even have festivals and religious fanatical following about this shit - of course, not everyone believes in such a thing.
For many, the purification incident was the main reason for the low birth rate, and they thoroughly criticised it. But the modern Laveshia empire's Veyour state, where I am currently, the government fully supports the purification incident. Anyone publicly spreading hate for it is branded as a criminal in the eyes of the law.
