After the escape pod launched, Finn was more terrified than ever. He was stuck in a small pod with one of the most dangerous criminals of his planet and to make it worse, the pod was heading somewhere completely random.
"Kid, your stupid cowardly face is pissing me off."
"How dare you talk to me like that! I am of royal blood, you scum!", Finn replied while his body was still shaking.
After hearing that, Gridlock wacked Finn's head and made him unconscious.
Seven days passed, The pod was still drifting through the empty cosmos. Finn and Gridlock were starving, hungry, thirsty and incredibly bored.
"I can't take this any longer.", Finn complained.
"Kid, this is nothing compared to everything I've been through in the past. This is your spoiled self talking.", Gridlock replied with a smug look on his face.
"Can you knock me out again? I wanna sleep."
"Sure, just get ove- Wait, look! Kid, that's a planet I see through the window!" Gridlock suddenly had a hopeful look on his face.
The planet Gridlock saw was called "Sundra". It was a desert world and one of the few primitive and unadvanced planets left in The Andromeda Galaxy. This planet was still this primitive as any sort of intelligent life forms were never produced here.
The Escape pod went through Sundra's atmosphere and crashlanded on the dangerous desert world. Finn and Gridlock came out of the pod with hope and relief but all they saw coming outside was an empty desert.
Gridlock's hopeful look instantly vanished. "Well, this is a goddamn bummer."
"No! No! No! What the hell are we gonna do now!?!?", Finn screamed in agony.
"This is your fault!", Finn said as he pointed at Gridlock. Then, he pounced at Gridlock. Gridlock took Finn off his body, threw him to the ground, kicked Finn in the stomach forty nine times and then kicked his face twice.
With a very calm voice, Gridlock gave a warning to Finn. "Listen here, Kid. I've killed many that deserved it and many that didn't. I've even killed some of my friends. I'm not a man you should show your bratty behavior to. I would rather not kill you but I wouldn't mind doing so if you cause me too much trouble or become too much of an annoyance. Got that, kid?"
With an empty defeated voice, Finn replied, "Yeah, I got it."
"Now, how the hell do we survive?", Gridlock wondered. Gridlock and Finn started to wander around what seemed to be an endless desert.
"Kid, look! There's something there!" Finn and Gridlock ran towards the first thing they saw in the desert except sand. When they reached there, they saw a random iron helmet on the ground. Gridlock grabbed it and said, "Goddamn it! Why can't we find anything useful?"
"When will we find some food?", Finn said in a dying voice.
While annoyed, Gridlock replied, "I have no idea, kid. If only I still had Tin, there would be no issues here."
The Superweapon, Impaler, had been completed. The Supreme Leader headed back to the Spacestation A-1 along with Impaler and Tin. Spacestation A-1 which had been situated right next to Spacestaion B-479 for that brief period jumped into hyperspace once again. It was now 4000 lightyears away right next to Optoh. Upon reaching there, Spacestation A-1 called upon Spacestations A-2, A-3 and A-4. Several fighter spacecrafts were launched out from all the present Spacstations. Among them was Tin which had been completely fixed and even slightly modified by Andromedous. Finally, the Superweapon, Impaler, launched out of Spacestation A-1 with The Supreme Leader himself piloting it. Andromedous was ready to attack Optoh and forcefully gain the Vectors' approval.
"We shall finally meet again, Vectors."
Gridlock and Finn were now completely hopeless. They had wandered around the desert for so long and all they could find was a random iron helmet. The starved Gridlock started up at the sky & it's faint visible stars. "So this is how I meet my end, how ironic."
"I'm too young to suffer like this..."
"This universe of ours can be a lot harsher, brat." Gridlock replied in a sad defeated voice.
