Purple energy condensed into cloudlike masses and drifted around Mew's body.

It stood there, looking down at Shiko from on high.

WarGreymon, who stood just over two meters tall,
looked especially tiny in front of the twenty-meter Mew.

They actually had some skill.
Looking at Mew's enormous body, Shiko muttered to himself inwardly.
"Come on! Witness a power that doesn't belong to this planet!"
Genjo burst into wild laughter.
Following his voice,
Mew launched a ferocious assault.
In its Dynamaxed state,
its body itself had become an immensely destructive weapon.
It lifted one leg
and stomped down hard at Shiko!!!

The entire ground shook violently.
Large swaths of trees toppled in the tremors.
The brown earth cracked apart inch by inch.
The sheer force of the shaking
was enough to make even the Military's personnel on the sidelines lose their footing.
That single stomp
was enough to unleash an impact no less powerful than an earthquake!
The area it covered was absurdly vast!
Terrifying!
After Dynamaxing,
Mew had not only recovered from the severe injuries WarGreymon had inflicted on it before,
its combat power
had also risen by a considerable margin!
It had already far surpassed the level of an ordinary Second-tier Legendary!
Shiko dodged it at the very first moment!
He shot upward like a jet fighter,
tracing an S-shaped arc along Mew's leg.
His sharp steel claws carved mercilessly through its skin,
once again leaving deep gouges across Mew's body.

Wrapped in alloy armor, he darted into the distance.
Fury rose in Mew's eyes.
The purple clouds swirled.
More purple energy flooded into its body.
In an instant,
its size increased again.
It went from twenty meters
to twenty-five meters tall in a flash!!
At this moment,
it looked more and more like some bizarre and terrifying primordial demon god!
That purple, ominous aura coiling around it
made people's hearts pound with fear!
Boom!!!
A chain of energy blasts exploded across the ground behind Shiko.
The Military personnel in the distance were all horrified out of their wits.
Shiko could dodge them.
But they
were caught up in the fury Mew was venting.
Against this kind of pure energy attack,
they had no way to deal with it at all.
Every time a beam of energy landed,
it blasted a huge crater into the ground,
while sending large groups of people flying high into the air.
Screams and wails mixed together into a single miserable chorus.
When Shiko glanced back,
he saw a scene of utter chaos and disorder.
I have to end this quickly!
A cold light flashed in his eyes.
Originally, he had wanted to use the Dynamaxed Mew
to test his own combat power.
But now it seemed
that in order to avoid more needless casualties,
he could only finish it with a single strike!
With a flick of his wrist,
a huge purple energy crystal suddenly appeared in Shiko's hand.
The powerful aura contained within it
was extremely similar to the energy swirling around Mew.
This was something Shiko had found in Team Dark's research facility in Wintergreen Forest.
At the time, when he had still been GeoGreymon,
he had been unable to fully harness and release the energy inside it.
But now,
having advanced into WarGreymon,
Shiko felt the time had come.
He could now perfectly release the Dynamax Energy contained within it!
His hand clenched tightly.

A crisp sound rang out.
The purple crystal instantly crumbled into powder.
A huge amount of purple energy spilled out
and was immediately absorbed into Shiko's body in full!
