Chapter 13 - 13: Looking for ryuya ryudo.

3 months later.

'I've already traveled through most of the Hino country.'

'And I've been looking for Ryuya Ryudo, the reason is simple, I don't know which direction the continent where the Clover Kingdom is located is in.'

'Although in the manga, Yami went to the sea on the side where the five-headed dragon is sealed.'

'But it's better not to try going in the wrong direction.'

'And what if I leave and can't return to the Clover Kingdom or the Sun Country?'

'It's better to find someone who knows the right direction.'

'But after traveling through two of the islands of the Hino country, I haven't found Ryuya Ryudo.'

'Well, this also has to do with my own attitude, I haven't deliberately looked for him.'

'But after almost a year in this country, I have to return to the Clover Kingdom.'

'After I made a scheduled 12-month delivery to the national postal service of the Clover Kingdom.'

'The money is running out and I don't want my father to worry about my safety.'

*Sigh*

'I think I have to actively look for Ryuya Ryudo.'

As I walk along the dirt road, I see a village in the distance.

As I walk towards the village in the distance, I remember something.

I reach my hand to my lower back.

I grab a slightly shorter katana.

I had this katana made by a blacksmith along the way.

Thanks to helping a village against some bandits, the blacksmith in that village made me a katana.

And I took the opportunity to ask the master blacksmith for a manual on blacksmithing and how to create katanas.

You should always learn new things, you never know when they will be useful in life.

I also learned sewing skills from Miss Saionji during ki training.

Maybe I can make clothes for the children at the church.

After adjusting the katana to a more comfortable position.

'Swords are every man's romance.'

'Well, even though I'm a woman now, I still have the mentality of a man.' A few minutes later, I arrived at the small village.

This village is larger than the first village I encountered.

There are at least 200 houses in this village.

As I walk through the village, I notice there are fewer people than expected, only about 100 people.

It seems the pandemic that kills anyone with little magical power was quite devastating.

As I walk, I see a ramen shop, and naturally, I go in and sit down at one of the counter seats.

"Boss, a bowl of chicken ramen."

"Coming right up," the boss's voice was cheerful.

A few minutes later, the bowl of ramen was ready on the counter.

"Thank you for the meal," I clap my hands together, grab the chopsticks, and begin to eat the ramen.

Shortly after, I finish the ramen.

Wiping my lips with a napkin.

I put the money on the counter.

"Boss, the ramen was quite good."

"I'm glad you liked the ramen," the boss replied with a professional smile.

"Boss, I have a question," I say as I place some coins on the counter.

The boss sincerely took the coins.

"How can I help?"

"I'm looking for Ryuya Ryudo. As you can see, I'm a foreigner. I need his help to find the location of my country."

The boss wanted to refuse upon hearing the name Ryuya Ryudo, but upon hearing that I only needed his help to find an address, he didn't refuse.

"Well, you're in luck, girl, Mr. Ryuya passed through here yesterday."

"Mr. Ryuya is heading north of this village."

"If you hurry, you might be able to catch up to them."

"Thank you very much, boss," I say as I run out of the shop and run north using Shunpo.

The truth is, I'm very anxious to return to the church.

Since I've been in this world, I've always been at the church.

I feel a little unaccustomed; I've always been a homebody. Once I settle in a place, it's very difficult for me to leave that place. Even in my previous life, I didn't like moving, even if the rent increased.

And I only moved when my funds were almost insufficient to pay the rent.

Otherwise, I could live there my whole life.

After running for about 8 hours,

I saw two people in the distance, one tall and one short.

Shortly after, I appeared in front of them.

"Mr. Ryuya, stay behind me, it's an enemy," a short girl stepped in front of the taller man, Ryuya Ryudo.

"Hey, identify yourself," the girl's voice was serious and authoritative.

"Don't worry, Ichika, it's not an enemy," Ryuya Ryudo's voice was calm.

"But Mr. Ryuya..."

"Relax, Ichika, don't you trust me?"

"No, sir, I trust your judgment."

"Good afternoon, Wendy, I know why you're looking for me. Come, let's sit down and talk," Ryuya's voice was quite friendly.

"Huh? Thank you," Wendy's voice was quite astonished.

After all, Wendy had never spoken aloud about finding Ryuya Ryudo until a few hours ago.

Perhaps it was just a guess on his part.

Anyway, Wendy isn't the type of person to overthink things.

After all, people who overthink things can misinterpret or create stories that aren't even related.

After finding a river, we sat down on the bank.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Ryuya Ryudo," my voice is quite formal.

"Come on, Wendy, don't be so serious with me, just call me Ryo."

"Okay, then I'll call you Ryo."

"If you know what my purpose is, can you tell me which direction the Clover Kingdom is in?"

"Don't be so anxious, it doesn't matter if it takes a little longer."

"Okay, you're right, waiting a little longer won't cause me any problems."

"See, it's not that difficult."

"Yes."

"You see, I have a few things I'd like to ask of you," Ryuya's voice is quite relaxed.

"If it's within my capabilities, I can help you in any way I can," I say calmly.

"Great, I want you to deliver this letter to a magic knight named Yami Sukehiro," Ryuya takes a Japanese-style letter from inside his chest.

Wendy takes the letter indifferently; after all, it's no trouble.

"I can do something so simple."

"Thank you for your understanding."

Behind Ryuya Ryudo, Ichika's expression was grim upon hearing the mention of Yami Sukehiro.

But despite her anger and frustration, she said nothing out of respect for Ryuya Ryudo.

"Do you need anything else?" I asked curiously.

The truth is, I quite like Ryo; he has great charisma and a leadership temperament.

It's quite comfortable talking to him.

"No, that's all I need, but if it's not too much trouble, could you also deliver this katana to Yami?" Ryuya says as he takes his katana from his waist.

I grabbed the katana with both hands; after all, I wouldn't want to cut myself.

"I can do that too."

"That's all I have to ask of you."

"Well, could you tell me which direction the Clover Kingdom is in?"

"Oh, but you're so impatient." "Well, I guess I have no choice but to tell you the address."

"The first thing you have to do is get a compass."

"Then you have to go to the beach where the five-headed dragon is sealed, and then..."

Three days later.

At the seal of the five-headed dragon.

"Okay, I have the compass, and I just have to go straight."

The compass is more like a guide that prevents me from straying from the straight path.

In the distance, I see the torii gate.

The black sea in front of me is quite peculiar and sends a shiver down my spine.

Please forgive me for the delay in the chapters I promised.

For four days I was researching the country of Hino.

I didn't find anything special about the past of the country of Hino.

All that is known is that Ryuya Ryudo obtained his eye, which allows him to see everything in the present, when he was 17 years old.

And that afterwards he spent his time helping the entire country and finding the Seven Ryuzen along the way.

And according to his appearance in the manga, he became the shogun at around 23 to 25 years old.

And I'm not the kind of person who likes to drag out chapters with filler and humorous situations.

After all, I'm a new writer and I don't have much writing experience.

For example, in the first chapters, it took me a day and a half to write a single chapter, due to lack of inspiration.

But now I can create a chapter and a half in a single day, because I have more inspiration.
