Tori's POV
He repeated himself again, and that broke me again. What? Why'd he do that? Has he always been this heartless?
"I killed my blood father." He accepted the truth again, but there was no expression on his face. "Is that what you want to hear? Do you want me to repeat myself again too?" He asked.
"You are a hell of a loser." I spatted out with so much disgust on my face.
The way he said it made everything worse. He said it bluntly without even trying to soften the truth, jokes on me. How was I expecting someone like him to break the news to me before? It was Kael for goodness sake. The worse one amongst his three brothers.
My body reacted before my thoughts could catch up. I stepped backwards immediately, my chest tightening as fear crawled slowly through me.
I was standing alone in a room with a man who had just confessed to murdering his own father. What's the chance that he couldn't kill me in a snap of his fingers right now.
