Chapter 151 - The Thunderous Thunder God

The suona blared, and Pretty Boy made his grand entrance!

Descending from the sky to the tune of his own BGM, Pretty Boy landed right in the middle of the Vibranium staff. He raised a hand, yanked the staff from the ground, and cast a cold, domineering gaze that exuded the aura of a true king.

"Where the hell did this thing come from?" Fandral asked, staring at Pretty Boy.

At this moment, Pretty Boy was completely encased in Vibranium armor. Standing about eight feet tall, his massive frame was so imposing that it would take three Tonys tied together to match his girth. His arms were thicker than Iron Man's head—a clear testament to his overwhelming power.

"Outsider, Earth is no place for you to run wild," Pretty Boy declared. The suona's music faded as he spoke. His armor was equipped with a voice modulator that could translate his words into English, but this feature only worked when he was human-sized. Once he reverted to his original form, his speech would return to the Beast Tongue.

"It's Kong from Skull Island! We're in deep trouble now!" Coulson's head throbbed with a sudden headache at the sight of Pretty Boy.

He had already received a message from Nick Fury informing him that Pretty Boy had single-handedly destroyed New York's military base overnight. Even the Hulk had been sent flying, and his whereabouts remained unknown to this day.

Now that Pretty Boy had appeared here, if he were to lose his temper, they might become cannon fodder in an instant.

"King Kong?!"

Tony also noticed Pretty Boy, who was playing music on his mecha. When he heard J.A.R.V.I.S.'s analysis and learned that the other party's entire metal body was made of Vibranium, he suddenly felt that the armor on his own body was no longer fragrant.

Although the Mark VI armor he wore also incorporated Vibranium, the weight was only ten kilograms, and this was still purchased from the Hongmeng Group at a high price.

As a result, now a King Kong was wearing better than he was, and Tony suddenly had a feeling of being inferior to a beast.

Sif and the others felt that Pretty Boy had malicious intentions. The sheer pressure emanating from Pretty Boy made them feel in danger.

"This guy is not easy to deal with."

Hogan's gaze turned solemn, and his hands took out two short knives.

Sif raised her shield and longsword.

At the moment when the tension was about to break, Mystique Raven and Storm Ororo appeared together, floating down to land.

Today, Raven returned to Skull Island and just happened to receive news from Skynet. Han Shaoqing was no longer there. Out of curiosity, Raven brought Pretty Boy over, intending to see the situation.

As for Storm, she had tagged along to see the legendary Mjolnir.

The Storm of this universe, born Ororo Munroe in Cairo, Egypt, was the daughter of a Kenyan immigrant. Her family had passed down the superpower to control the weather for thousands of years. Born with the innate ability to manipulate lightning, create tornadoes, and summon torrential rain, her family had been worshipped as gods by the locals.

Ororo's childhood was far from easy, and she survived by stealing.

That was until Professor X discovered her and invited her to join the X-Men. After years of training, she had now become the deputy leader of the younger generation of X-Men.

She was also one of the few mutants with a magical talent, and her relationship with Jean, the Phoenix, was both that of a mentor and a friend.

Raven turned to Sif and the others, activating her telepathy and instantly taking control of the battlefield.

Compared to forty-nine years ago, Raven's appearance hadn't changed in the slightest, but her strength had undergone a staggering transformation. Possessing a variety of mutant superpowers, Raven was now outstanding in melee combat, long-range attacks, support, and defense, with almost no weaknesses.

Her power was now on par with Phoenix and Scarlet Witch—she had become a Tier 5 Omega-level mutant, comparable to a Skyfather-level powerhouse.

Storm's strength was at the peak of Tier 3, still far from Tier 4. Nevertheless, she could still easily suppress Asgardian warriors; even Thor at his peak might not be able to defeat her.

After taking control of Sif and the others, Raven addressed Coulson directly: "Everyone, disperse. The X-Men are taking over from here."

Her [Telepathy] was derived from Charles, and this ability alone was comparable to a Peak Fourth Tier mutant. If Raven wished, a single word could compel everyone present to commit suicide.

Coulson was clearly wary of Raven and her team. Knowing they wouldn't gain any advantage by staying, he turned to Tony. "Looks like we need to retreat."

"What are you talking about? I'm super brave," Tony replied, still acting arrogant as he looked at Raven. "Hey beautiful, we're on the same side. Give me your Facebook."

"You really are brave!"

With a snap of Raven's fingers, Tony's Iron Man suit instantly disassembled, exposing his vulnerable body.

"I wonder if you'll still feel so confident without that armor."

Raven was using Erik's [Magnetic Field Control]. Faced with a Peak Fourth Tier [Magnetic Field Control], Tony's armor was no stronger than a sheet of paper.

It was only because Raven harbored no ill will; otherwise, by simply crushing the metal inward, she could have turned Tony into a pile of meat paste in an instant.

Stripped of his Iron Man armor, Tony immediately lost his sense of security, and his gaze toward Raven changed.

*This woman doesn't look like a good person!*

At the same time, he pondered how she had done it and how he should respond.

Storm, still relatively young, pulled Raven's hand and said, "Sister Wen, let's just go look at Mjolnir."

"You want to take Mjolnir? That's mine, mine!"

At the mention of anyone trying to take his hammer, Thor immediately became agitated.

Aside from his parents and Loki, Thor's favorite thing was [Mjolnir].

Raven adopted the air of a big sister, saying coolly, "Although you are Thor, you have now lost the qualification to possess Mjolnir. Whoever can lift Mjolnir will be the new Thor. However, I can give you one more chance to lift it."

Raven was just here for the ride, joining the fray out of sheer boredom. Who actually managed to lift Mjolnir didn't matter to her in the slightest.

Through telepathy, Raven had already learned the backstories of Thor and his companions. Under her forceful direction, the group marched to the site where Mjolnir lay.

"I'll go first," Thor declared.

He took a deep breath, stepped forward, and gripped the hammer's handle with both hands. He heaved upward with all his might.

Mjolnir didn't budge an inch. Thor's heart sank.

Still, he refused to believe anyone else could lift it.

His gaze fell on Sif. "You all should try too."

"Are you sure about this?"

Fandral and the others knew they couldn't possibly lift Mjolnir, but what if one of them actually did? If one of them seized Thor's divine throne, it would be an incredibly awkward situation for him. Odin would surely not let them off easy either.

But Thor insisted. After all, it was better to keep it in the family. If Sif or the others succeeded, it was still preferable to an outsider claiming the hammer.

As it turned out, Fandral and his companions were overthinking it.

The Three Warriors of Asgard and Sif took turns stepping up. Even Volstagg, the strongest among them, couldn't budge Mjolnir a single millimeter.

A curious Tony Stark tried his luck as well, but to no avail.

"My turn."

Storm eagerly approached Mjolnir. As a master of lightning and weather, she felt a natural affinity with the hammer.

But feeling was one thing; reality was another. The moment her hand gripped the handle, lightning erupted from her body, yet Mjolnir remained immovable.

"How does this work?" Storm wondered. She could sense the hammer responding to her, but an invisible force blocked the connection, preventing her from lifting it.

This was Odin's fail-safe.

In the Marvel Universe, many had lifted Mjolnir—Captain America, the comic version of Black Widow, Jane, and even Storm herself. But Odin had added a secret enchantment requiring Gaia's bloodline, granting Thor a unique advantage on Earth.

*Ah, fatherly love!*

Raven tried next. Even by manipulating the magnetic field, she couldn't budge the hammer.

"Looks like no one can lift this thing..."

Before Tony could finish, Pretty Boy effortlessly raised Mjolnir.

Instantly, the sky darkened, and thunder roared.

Countless bolts of lightning converged on Pretty Boy, pouring an immense, divine power into him. He ascended to the throne of the God of Thunder, becoming the true Thunderous Thunder God!
