Kato picked up the iron bucket at his feet and threw it with all his might at Dorian.
"Hmph!" Dorian's face showed a fierce light, his white hair stood on end and danced in the air, and he swung his right leg, kicking the iron bucket back with a loud bang.
Kato quickly crouched down, the strong wind pressure tearing at his black hair.
"Bang!"
The iron bucket smashed heavily against the wall behind Kato, leaving a deep, bucket-shaped dent.
"You monster!" Kato leaped high, his right leg like a whip, lashing towards Dorian's face.
"Swish!"
Dorian loosened his five fingers, turning his palm into a blade, a sharp light flashed, and Kato Kiyosumi's right foot was covered in blood.
"A boy who doesn't listen to advice, no wonder Doppo would shake his head and sigh," Dorian said with a smirk, mocking Kato.
"Hiss, me, from way back…"
"I was always the disciple most often lectured by the Head," The intense pain from his foot made Kato Kiyosumi gasp, and as adrenaline surged, his right foot began to tingle and tremble.
"Therefore, I am the most… grateful to my master!" Kato suddenly swung his right leg, and droplets of blood splattered across Dorian's eyes.
Seizing this opportunity, Kato Kiyosumi lunged forward, his fist striking for the throat, attempting a one-hit victory!
But Dorian, with his rich experience in death matches, had seen such moves before. He violently shook his right fist, and glass shards shot out like a storm, one of them piercing Kato Kiyosumi's right eye.
Dorian did not miss this excellent chance to pursue. Before the opponent could even scream, he twisted his left shoulder, and his fist, covered in glass shards, struck Kato's face like a thorny whip.
"Bang!"
With a dull thud, Kato Kiyosumi's body flew backward like a kite with a broken string, crashing heavily against the wall. Spiderweb-like cracks spread across the wall, and blood gushed from his right eye, mouth, and nose.
"Why, even though I'm being beaten so badly, it feels like I wanted this to happen."
Kato Kiyosumi slumped against the wall, sitting on the ground.
"Am I also a monster like him?" He touched the warm blood on his face and surprisingly felt a thrill.
Kato pushed himself up with his hands, took off his green tracksuit, leaving only a tight black outfit.
It felt truly exhilarating.
Kato Kiyosumi lifted his chin slightly, beginning to revel in the pleasure of the death match.
"What, are you waiting for me?" He snapped out of it, looking at Dorian, who had a slight smirk on his face.
"You might be a better, or even more excellent, warrior than I thought," Dorian's gaze towards Kato gradually became fervent; he was getting excited.
"Tch, I'm coming." Kato spat out a bloody phlegm, slowly adopting a fighting stance.
"Hehehehe, still shy, are we?" Dorian's mouth curved upwards, beginning to anticipate what kind of fun Kato Kiyosumi could bring him.
"Fair and square…" As soon as Kato finished speaking, he raised his right fist and charged forward.
"Strike first to gain the upper hand!" The moment he got close to Dorian, Kato Kiyosumi suddenly changed his stance. He spun his body, delivering a spinning kick towards Dorian.
Dorian casually sidestepped, then lowered his head, using his forehead to block Kato's eye poke.
"Bang!"
Kato's knuckles heavily struck Dorian's hard forehead, emitting a crisp sound of bone cracking.
Dorian grinned savagely, grabbing Kato's injured right hand, and his glass-shard-covered fist smashed fiercely into his face.
"Pfft!"
Glass shards deeply embedded themselves in Kato's face, and blood immediately gushed out. Kato grunted, stumbling backward.
"Too weak." Dorian shook off the blood droplets from his fist.
"Compared to that kid, you're as weak as a baby." Dorian effortlessly countered all of Kato's attacks, his smile never faltering.
"Give up, kid, you have no chance of winning."
Kato Kiyosumi leaned against the wall, his eyes still firm: "Shinshinkai… has no warriors who surrender!"
"My life, I've never been praised by anyone."
"But even someone like me… has one thing that is worth praising…"
"And that is my Karate!"
He suddenly rammed his shoulder into Dorian, simultaneously throwing a left punch. Dorian didn't expect him to still have the strength to counterattack and was knocked down by this sudden move.
"Ah!" Dorian screamed as he fell to the ground. Kato seized the opportunity to straddle him, fists raining down like a storm!
"This punch is for Doppo Sir's hand!"
"This punch is for Katsumi, whom you hurt!"
"This punch is because I want to beat you up!"
"Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!" Each blow was accompanied by the dull thud of bones breaking.
Kato Kiyosumi unleashed his attacks on Dorian almost as if in a frenzy, his fists falling like a tempest.
"Bang!" Kato delivered one last heavy punch, and Dorian beneath him was already unconscious.
"I actually… really defeated this monster!"
"Ah—!" Kato Kiyosumi roared in release.
"Clap!" A crisp clapping sound suddenly rang out.
The scene before him abruptly changed, and the unconscious Dorian he had beaten also vanished without a trace.
"Vanished…?" Kato looked at the messy empty space before him, unable to help but question.
"As expected."
Just then, a familiar voice sounded from behind. Kato quickly turned around, only to see Dorian looking at him with a pitying expression.
Kato Kiyosumi couldn't help but step back a few paces, shielding himself with both hands. At this moment, he was completely flustered. He couldn't understand why Dorian, who he had just thoroughly beaten, had reappeared behind him perfectly unharmed.
"You, weren't you… beaten by me… huh!?" Kato's pupils contracted violently, the exhilaration of victory instantly turning into bone-chilling coldness.
"It's hypnosis."
This was a unique hypnosis technique honed by Dorian through countless death matches, allowing him to guide others' consciousness through certain methods and manipulate it at will.
And Kato Kiyosumi, who was solely focused on achieving victory, was thus easily exploited, leading to a scenario completely contrary to reality, unfolding in the direction Kato desired in his heart.
"All of this is an illusion you conjured in your mind, all of it is fake," Dorian calmly shattered Kato's last illusion.
"To put it bluntly, the real me is standing right in front of you."
"And it's me with a despair-inducing fighting power for you, not the weakling you imagined."
"This trick only works on weaklings like you."
Dorian toyed with a steel wire in his hand, his eyes glinting with pity. Now, he was going to end this boring game.
Kato Kiyosumi's pupils suddenly constricted, and cold sweat instantly drenched his back.
"This… this is impossible…" Kato's voice trembled, his legs involuntarily weakening.
But reality told him that Dorian stood before him perfectly unharmed, his murky eyes gleaming with a cruel, cat-and-mouse playfulness.
"The game is over, kid," Dorian's voice was like a whisper from hell, his right hand slowly rising, the steel wire glinting coldly under the dim yellow light.
Kato Kiyosumi did not sit idly by; he chose to fight for his life! He delivered a hand chop towards Dorian's throat!
This was his final struggle, a desperate blow condensed with all his strength!
"Clap!"
Dorian easily caught the hand chop, his calloused hand gripping Kato's wrist like an iron vice.
He grinned: "I told you, the real me…"
Dorian wrapped the steel wire around Kato Kiyosumi's neck and pulled.
"Pfft!"
"You cannot win," Dorian released Kato's wrist, letting him fall into a pool of blood.
"Thud."
Kato Kiyosumi's body fell heavily onto the floor. Even though the light before him was dazzling, his vision grew darker and darker.
"I'm sorry."
"Doppo Head."
