Chapter 26 - 26

"Umm, Luci-san. You said if I have things I want, I can ask you?"

Nagi spoke uncertainly as she faced the devil. She fidgeted and bit her lip, but that glint of steel he was growing used to still lingered in her eyes.

Luci nodded and took a sip of her tea.

"Of course. I cannot guarantee what you want, but I can at least get the process started."

She offered a polite smile. Tsuna almost let out a snort. From what he understood, Nagi's parents could not care less about any of her requests, leaving it entirely up to Luci and himself to decide what should be approved.

There was very little he would ever deny Nagi, and anything he did refuse would only be out of concern for her well-being.

Seeing Luci agree, Nagi fidgeted again and shot Tsuna a look. He returned it with a small, encouraging smile.

"Can I… can I transfer schools?"

Nagi asked after a long moment of hesitation.

His mother nearly choked on her tea before letting out a quick laugh. Tsuna smiled as a spark of warmth spread through his chest.

"That can be arranged. Your current school is the best in this city, but if you wish to go somewhere else, I will not hold you back. I will contact your parents and get the ball rolling."

Nagi frowned at that, worry flickering across her face as if she feared her parents would refuse. Tsuna was tempted to ease those concerns, but unless he told her the truth, the doubt would not fully disappear.

"If Nagi-chan is going to stay here, we need someone to move her things."

His mother piped up. She knew the girl only had her uniform. That was fine for one day, but she needed her belongings.

Nagi looked like she had not even considered that. Luci hummed lightly.

"The accident at Ms. Yukimura's home was rather severe. The building is not safe to enter at the moment. I recommend purchasing new clothes and necessities and billing the company. As for more personal items, I can arrange for someone to search for them, but there is no guarantee they survived the crash."

Luci explained with a polite smile.

Nana frowned but accepted the explanation.

Nagi listened quietly. Her worries were already being handled, so she found it easier to leave the matter in their hands.

"Well then, I guess Nagi-chan and I can have a nice shopping day together."

His mother brightened instantly, clearly excited about her new plans.

Nagi froze and shot Tsuna a longing look.

She had already spent all day away from him, and now she would be gone even longer.

Tsuna himself felt conflicted about leaving the two of them alone. There was still an assassin lurking around.

They appeared to be targeting him, but friends and family were always convenient pressure points.

He was not sure whether they were safer near him or away from him.

In the end he went with what felt right, his instricts have not led him down a poor path yet.

He shot Luci a pointed look and tugged lightly on their bond. The devil glanced back at him, her polite smile shifting into something more amused.

She turned to his mother.

"If you do not mind, I would like to accompany you. I have the company card, and it would simplify the accounting."

Luci stood from the table, every inch the picture-perfect businesswoman.

His mother smiled brightly and nodded at once. She was happy to have another woman to chat with, even if Luci was still too formal to get attached to. Nana was simply going to have to break those walls down.

Nagi slumped in defeat. She clearly saw no escape.

She cast Tsuna one more pleading look, silently begging him to come along, but he only smiled back.

Nagi looked like a kicked puppy as Nana and Luci ushered her out of the house.

Luci would be able to protect them while he drew the heat.

The moment they left, Tsuna let the smile fall from his face and focused on the house.

Now that he was looking, he could see the signs of someone else entering his home and traces from monitoring devices they had left.

So they should know that Tsuna was not currently dropping dead from poison.

He could also tell that they had left his home.

Tsuna wondered if they would keep trying poison even knowing their first attempt was a failure.

He was just going to have to wait for them to come around again. At least he had one thing he could do in this moment. He headed towards a blind spot and took out his tickets.

He ripped the Bronze Ticket.

[Malorian Overture]

Uncommon Item

Cyberpunk 2077 - A heavy-duty, powerful double-action revolver produced by Malorian Arms. This gun is incredibly powerful, even being able to punch a hole in half-borgs with each bullet. You also get 30 bullets every day for it.

A heavy silver revolver appeared in his hand. The gun held a long barrel and seemed very refined. A small pack of bullets appeared with it, but he could also tell the gun was fully loaded in the moment.

He spun the cylinder for fun but put away the gun without much thought.

It was a good gun, but it was just a gun. Not exactly something game-changing, but this was a Bronze ticket.

He could probably modify it with Item Creation and make a beast of a weapon, but that was future Tsuna's duty. Current Tsuna wanted to gamble.

So he ripped the Silver ticket.

[Dry]

Trash Ability

Allows you to dry any object you are touching. Note that does not evaporate all water particles inside but only gets rid of moisture the object should otherwise not have.

Great, this one tied with Sweat as the Ability he would never equip. At least it added to the Ability counter. He thought his pulls were going on an upswing after he cooked for Luci, but that clearly was not happening.

Maybe he should make her more pancakes?

He took out his final ticket and prayed to the almighty Gacha to guide his pull.

[Lifeblood]

Rare Ability

Allows you to imbue your blood with your own vitality. Those who drink your vitality-infused blood will find themselves healed. The more vitality infused, the higher the healing. Imbuing vitality in moderation is harmless but will leave you weakened and exhausted.

Well, this one was worth it.

He was very powerful, and he could destroy like nothing else, but sometimes breaking things is not the answer. Being able to heal is certainly one of those situations.

He was not exactly comfortable feeding his blood to people to heal them, but if someone he cared about was dying, he would get over that queasy feeling real quick.

Tsuna needed to study this and his various abilities. He equipped Life-blood, Speed, and Time Accel. The familiar boost from Time Accel and Speed hit him, but Life-blood felt like a shot of espresso directly in his veins.

In fact, this unending feeling of energy felt oddly familiar.

It took him a moment, but he remembered Reborn's bright yellow Flames. The Flames that pulled him back from the brink of death. It would make sense that Lifeblood would feel similar to that.

Tsuna closed his eyes and let Sky Flames hum softly in his body as he harmonized with this new feeling.

Reborn probably understated how broken Sky Flames were, or maybe the toddler never expected the sheer connection he felt with these Flames.

Harmony was a broad topic, a domain that might be seen as weak but one that when pushed is insane. Especially for someone like him.

Harmony was not just about mellowing conflicting traits and making everyone get along. It was certainly a part of that, but Harmony was understanding. It was seeing the essence of all things and tuning yourself to that wave.

Tsuna already proved that he could understand concepts that he had no right to understand. The Concept of Purity in the Sacred Flame was vast and never-ending, but Tsuna was able to catch a small part of it and hum its tune.

Couple Harmony with his Item Creation, and Tsuna becomes a very dangerous man. A person who understands all things and can conceptualize those things, not just in his Flames but in physical objects anyone can use.

Granted, this was not perfect. Tsuna could only understand things already existing to him. He was not a genius who could create new lines in the weaves of reality, but if something existed, then it could be understood, and that was certainly enough for Tsuna's goals.

The Gacha also brought far too many things for him to understand.

The vitality in his veins sang so brightly as his Flames sang back. It was not an instant process like with the Sacred Flame. The Sacred Flame could communicate back after all, but he did not need this to be a fast process.

As long as he chipped away at the knowledge, he would eventually understand Lifeblood fully.

Even this light exposure had some use as the tips of his Sky Flames were letting out small sparks of familiar yellow.

He continued his research for a moment, but then the doorbell rang.

Tsuna frowned from his introspection and stood up. He was not expecting anyone, so the assassin might be at his door this very instant.

He walked down the stairs and took off Lifeblood, preparing to slot in various abilities depending on what he was going to face.

Tsuna then opened the door and paused for a moment in confusion.

A small child was standing on a box to press his doorbell. The child had an afro and a cow costume. They also appeared to have snot coming down from their nose.

This was not like Reborn; this really was just a kid at his door.

Tsuna dropped his guard.

The child immediately tried to run past him into the house.

Tsuna's eyebrow twitched. His hand shot out, catching the child mid-charge and lifting him into the air.

"Let the Great Lambo go!"

The child flailed helplessly.

Tsuna snorted.

"The Great Lambo should tell me what he wants in my house."

Instead of shrinking back, Lambo puffed out his chest smugly despite dangling in midair.

"Lambo is here to defeat Reborn! Lambo will become the greatest hitman!"

Tsuna rolled his eyes.

"I am sorry, but Reborn is not here right now."

He set the child down.

Lambo frowned and pointed accusingly.

"Do not lie to Lambo. Lambo saw Reborn here yesterday."

Tsuna sighed and knelt to eye level.

"I am not lying. Reborn was here yesterday, but he left to investigate something."

Tsuna explained even if he felt a spike of irritation at a certain topic being brought back into focus for a moment.

Lambo narrowed his eyes suspiciously.

"Lambo does not trust Reborn's minion."

Lambo shot out while glaring at Tsuna. Tsuna felt irritation building up again. He may not be able to beat Reborn, but he was not his fucking lackey.

Before Tsuna could respond, Lambo dug into his hair and produced a purple grenade.

…And pulled the pin.

Tsuna's eyes widened.

Before the idiot could destroy anything important, Tsuna snatched the grenade and incinerated it with Wrath Flames.

"Prepare to die, minion!"

Lambo declared dramatically, throwing an empty hand forward.

Lambo blinked.

"Eh?"

Tsuna flicked him in the forehead.

"Do not go blowing things up."

Lambo glared.

"You're playing dirty! The Great Lambo will be serious now!"

He began pulling out more weapons Grenades, Guns, bombs, even a freaking axe.

Each time, Tsuna calmly confiscated the item and flicked him again.

With every failure, Lambo's confidence visibly deflated. Moisture gathered in his eyes.

"Hold it in… hold it in…"

Tsuna almost felt bad.

Almost.

Lambo could not take it anymore and let his tears burst out.

He than reached into his afro and pulled out a bright purple bazooka with a string attached to the trigger.

The toddler then tried to climb into the barrel, but Tsuna grabbed him again.

He was not feeling danger from the thing, but he was not going to let a kid crawl into the barrel of a bazooka.

"Let Lambo go! The Great Lambo is going to become the Super Great Lambo and beat up the meanie!"

Lambo whined as he once more flailed in the air. Tsuna rolled his eyes, but Lambo's manic movements actually had an effect.

The kid managed to kick the bazooka over in his spasms. The rocket launcher tilted and hit the ground, firing down the street.

A flash of purple flew down, and Tsuna dropped the kid and scrambled down to get whoever was in the way of that into safety, pushing into his abilities to flash forward.

Seeing someone in the way, he started to rush to save them but paused as he got sight of her.

A shapely woman with long pinkish hair. She was dressed stylishly with a crop top and long jeans. But it was not her looks that had Tsuna pausing. It was the killing intent directed at him that had Tsuna letting go of his ability.

It appears he found his assassin.

Well, he was planning on saving someone, but if his would-be killer was the target, he was not going to concern himself with it. He was not a bleeding heart, and something deep in him told him this was the right call.

The purple object slammed into Bianchi, and a cloud of smoke burst from her location with a loud boom.

Tsuna raised an eyebrow. He thought there would have been a bigger boom with a rocket, but apparently this was not a lethal weapon.

Maybe that was why Lambo tried to shoot himself?

The smoke cleared, and he caught sight of the woman who was surprisingly in perfect condition. She was taller with even more curves, and she was also dressed differently in a sundress and a big floppy hat on her head. She looked around in confusion for a brief moment before she caught sight of him.

He tensed up, prepared for battle, but she blinked, and a bright smile bloomed on her face as she charged towards him at speeds he could not even track in his base state.

Before he knew it, she was beside him, and Tsuna was completely baffled at why his instincts were not telling him about her approach. He tried to compensate by pushing them now, but she already had her arms wrapped around him.

He was prepared to break out with his flames.

"Daaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrling!"

She screamed out as she hugged him tightly, smooshing his face between her breasts. All the thoughts running in his head just blue-screened at that.

"It's been so long since I saw Darling so small and cute! You are just the most adorable murder machine in the world."

She gushed out as she continued to smother him in her breasts. She then pulled back and smiled at him in a way that had him very uncomfortable.

Before he could say anything, she leaned down and invaded his mouth with her tongue, kissing him with an intensity that had his heart beating a mile a minute. She also started to grope him all over, and Tsuna was starting to feel like his pants were really fucking tight in this moment.

[Feat Achieved, Lose your first kiss with a time traveler (How?)]

[Feat Achieved, Make a woman thirsty as fuck.]

[Feat Achieved, Win the undying love of Bianchi.]

[Received two gold tickets and one silver ticket.]

What the fuck!?

Bianchi pulled back, and a trail of saliva hung between their mouths. She then smirked at him with a playful glint in her eyes.

"Now darling's first kiss belongs to me. I wonder if we have enough time for more firsts."

She spoke out sultrily, and once more Tsuna had his brain shut down. Only to have her push him against a nearby wall and continue making out with him. Her hands fondling his erection, she then slipped her hand into his pants and touched his penis directly.

Then a puff of smoke appeared, and the tongue invading his mouth at a frantic speed froze, and the hand groping him did the same.

He opened his eyes, fuzzy from the makeout session, and caught sight of Bianchi as she looked before she got hit by the bazooka. The girl in question was frozen stiff with her tongue still in his mouth.

Oh fuck, this was not the same person.

Oh fuck! She is touching his penis!
