My friends had come to my house
For my birthday.

Then I went back into the room.

Then I stood up.

It felt like someone was watching me.
I looked all around the room.

I decided that I would sleep with the room light ON.

My eyes stopped at the lower side of the curtain near the window...

Under the curtain I could see two feet.
Those feet were hidden behind the curtain.
But their lower part was visible.
My hands started shaking.
Those two feet were still there.
By looking at them, they didn't seem like human feet.
But they also didn't look like the feet of an animal.
Then what were they?
I didn't know that.
All I knew was that I had to stay safe from that thing...
I decided to ignore that thing.
But my attention kept going there again and again.
Who was behind that curtain?
I kept looking at that curtain again and again.
I was trying not to look there but I couldn't stop myself.
In the end I decided that I would go there and see whose feet those were.
Who was hiding behind that curtain.
But before going there, I thought I should call out once.
Maybe it could be one of my friends trying to prank me from behind the curtain.
But how could that be possible?
I myself had checked the whole room carefully.
There was no one there at that time.
Then how could someone be there now?
So this thought didn't fit here.
Now I had no other option except going there and seeing it.
I slowly got down from the bed.
And took a stick in my hand for safety.
