Chapter 2 - Chapter 3: The Hidden Truth

The room was still silent. The door had already slammed shut, and the faint sound of the wind was slipping through the window.

Imama slowly opened the next page of the diary. The pages were old and yellow, almost fragile.

"There's more written here…" Imama said quietly.

Jihan stood very close beside her, leaning slightly over her shoulder to read the diary.

Imama read the next line aloud.

"If you are reading this diary, then you have probably found the hidden room in the library. But once you learn the truth… your life will never be normal again."

Imama let out a nervous laugh.

"Great… exactly what I wanted to hear."

Jihan smirked slightly.

"Relax. We're still alive, aren't we?"

Imama turned the next page.

This time the handwriting looked messy, as if the writer had been extremely scared while writing it.

"There is a hidden basement under the school. That's where the disappearances started…"

Imama's eyes widened.

"A basement…?" she whispered.

Jihan's expression suddenly turned serious.

"But this school doesn't officially have a basement," he said slowly.

Just then, a soft sound came from the corner of the room.

Like someone quietly walking across the floor.

Imama instantly tensed.

"Jihan… did you hear that?"

Jihan looked toward the dark corner.

"Yeah… and I don't think we're alone in here."

Suddenly, the curtain near the window moved slightly.

Imama instinctively stepped closer to Jihan.

Without thinking, Jihan gently grabbed her hand, trying to calm her.

"Hey… relax. I'm here," he said softly.

Imama's heart was racing.

"This is getting seriously scary…"

Jihan closed the diary and looked at her.

"Scary… maybe," he said quietly.

"But also interesting."

Imama raised an eyebrow.

"Interesting?"

Jihan leaned a little closer and said in a teasing tone,

"Because now… it's our secret."

Suddenly, heavy footsteps echoed in the corridor outside the room.

Someone was definitely walking toward the library.

Imama whispered nervously,

"Someone's coming…"

Jihan quickly looked toward the light switch.

"Hide the diary. No one can know we found this."

Imama quickly slipped the diary into her bag.

The footsteps outside stopped… right in front of the door.

For a moment, everything went completely silent.

Imama felt a chill run down her spine.

At that moment, she realized something terrifying—

This wasn't just a school mystery anymore.

They had just stepped into a secret that the school had been hiding for years…

And whatever was behind that door… knew they had found it.
