"Otherwise, what did you think it was?" Ryan's face still carried that easily misunderstood, inexplicable smile. "Did the Zombie Queen actually take a liking to me?"
Hearing this, Zombie Wanda fell silent.
She had just barely managed to mentally prepare herself to accept Ryan's 'pursuit.'
Only to find out in the end that she had been overthinking things...
Even in her current state as a zombie, she almost felt like curling her toes into the floor from embarrassment.
After a long moment, Zombie Wanda finally calmed her emotions, pondered Ryan's words for a bit, and finally spoke:
"Fine, let's make that agreement then. You help me restore this World, and I will act as your representative in this World from now on..."
At this, Ryan stopped teasing Zombie Wanda.
After all, he wasn't Deadpool; he wouldn't just stick it into anything. He had no desire to poke a pile of rotting meat...
"Since we've reached an agreement, as my future representative, shouldn't you come out so we can meet face-to-face?"
Hearing Ryan's request to meet, Wanda fell silent again before tactfully declining:
"Not right now. I'm currently handling another important matter that will take about another day. I will come to find you personally at this time tomorrow, and we can begin our operations then."
Hearing Zombie Wanda's words, Ryan's eyes narrowed, and his tone became somewhat dissatisfied:
"So you're planning to make me wait here for an entire day? Or is what you're doing right now something you don't want me to know about?"
As he spoke, Ryan increased the pressure in his grip; Okoye's skull was already starting to crack.
But Okoye, controlled by Wanda, showed no panic on her face, saying calmly:
"Of course not. As I said before, you definitely have your own purpose for coming to this World. This day isn't just for my final preparations; it's also for you..."
"Time for you to ignore the rules and get what you want while this World is still in its apocalyptic period..."
"I've already mapped out most of the survivor Bases in this World. If there's something you want from someone, I can give you their location right now."
Facing Ryan's dissatisfaction, Zombie Wanda didn't choose to explain her actions to try and win more of Ryan's trust. Instead, she offered him a more practical benefit.
And Ryan was indeed very satisfied with this answer.
He didn't care what kind of conspiracies or backstabbing schemes Zombie Wanda was plotting behind his back; he didn't care about any of it.
After all, in the face of his absolute strength, any of Wanda's schemes were merely futile efforts!
What he wanted were tangible benefits!
And Zombie Wanda clearly understood this point.
Most importantly, Ryan actually had something he needed to get right now.
And that was...
"The Ten Rings. You should know where they are, right?"
Wanda thought for a moment and said, "Of course. The celestial artifacts of Xu Wenwu from the Ten Rings. In the early stages of the zombie outbreak, Xu Wenwu gave the Ten Rings to his son, Shang-Chi, before he died..."
"However, the current Shang-Chi leads the survivors of the Ten Rings, living as scavengers with no fixed abode or secure Base..."
Hearing this, Ryan's brow furrowed. "So, you actually don't know the specific location of the Ten Rings?"
Wanda admitted frankly, "Correct. I know all the survivor Bases, but I have no way of tracking the movements of those who have no fixed home in real-time. However..."
At the end, Wanda changed her tone. "But I do know that the remnants of the Ten Rings have been collecting supplies recently, planning to use them to trade for a permanent spot in a human survivor Base."
Ryan's eyes lit up. "Oh? Which Base, and whose Base is it?"
Wanda's voice suddenly became indifferent. "The Sea Base, created by Baron Zemo of Sokovia..."
Ryan wasn't surprised that Zombie Wanda's tone turned cold when mentioning Baron Zemo's name.
After all, Wanda's parents died in the Sokovia Civil War. It was perfectly normal for her to hate the Sokovian elites who started the war, wasn't it?
However, hearing Baron Zemo's name still made Ryan raise an eyebrow.
"Baron Zemo? Building a Base on the sea... that's a clever yet risky decision..."
A sea Base might seem like a good way to isolate oneself from zombies.
But who knew if the creatures in the ocean had been infected?
If they were, then the zombies in the sea would be even more troublesome than human zombies!
The only possible advantage of a sea infection over a land one was that there would surely be far fewer superhuman zombies in the ocean than on land.
After all, the only superhuman in the ocean Ryan could recall was Namo, the Aquaman of Marvel!
But for Ryan, the sea and land were essentially the same.
After all, with the 'Water Factor' Symbiote, the strength he could exert in seawater was completely undiminished!
He was invincible on land, and he was just as invincible in the ocean!
So, upon hearing it was an unknown sea Base, Ryan didn't hesitate.
"Fine, give me the location of the sea Base. I'll give you only one day. If you haven't finished your business by this time tomorrow, I'll go find Infinite Hulk myself, and our agreement will be void!"
Hearing Ryan's cold words, Wanda didn't speak again. Instead, she used Okoye's eyes once more to project a tracking map.
The flashing red dot on it was the location of the sea Base.
Ryan took one look and roughly knew which direction it was. Without waiting to see if Wanda had anything else to say, he directly crushed Okoye's head in his hand.
After all, he couldn't just carry this head around clipped to his waist as a communicator for Wanda, could he?
This wasn't the 17th century; a plantation owner didn't need to display his majesty in such a way anymore.
Tap, tap, tap—
At that moment, a steady sound of footsteps came from behind.
A figure dressed in white robes, also carrying a head, walked up to Ryan and handed the head to him.
The newcomer was naturally Moon Knight, who had gone to pursue Ghost.
Clearly, even with her intangibility powers, Ghost was no match for Moon Knight.
After all, Ghost's intangibility was actually very similar to Obito's; she could only remain in an invincible intangible state when not attacking, and had to solidify to attack.
Furthermore, her intangibility, like Obito's, had a time limit and could not be maintained indefinitely.
And these two weaknesses became fatal in front of Moon Knight, whose reaction speed rivaled Spider-Man's and whose combat experience far exceeded most versions of Spider-Man.
In the end, she was killed by Moon Knight without him taking any damage...
