Aarvan – Sacred Bond
Chapter 1 (English Version)
Morning by the riverside, in the jungle near a hidden temple…
Sai was facing Karma, a mystical creature born in abandoned places, possessing rare and dangerous powers.
Sai: "Hey, what do you want? Just give me that pendant already!"
Suddenly, Karma strikes Sai across the face.
Sai: "Rock Fist!"
(Karma falls and shatters.)
Sai: "Whoa… Did it die? Look, I didn't even touch it properly—this all happened because you insisted on giving me the pendant. If you had just handed it over earlier, none of this would have happened."
(This pendant was so coveted that half the village feared Karma, yet Sai fought it casually for it. Let's see what happens next and why Sai needed the pendant so badly.)
Walking through the jungle, Sai talks to himself:
Sai: "Who was that? I've never seen it before… Whatever, my task is done. Now Mom will definitely let me go find Aarvan."

Back in the village, Sai runs home excitedly:
Sai: "Mom! Look! I got it! Mom? Where are you?"
Mika: "Oh! Did you really bring it? Don't lie, show me!"
Sai: "See, it's real!"
Mika: "No way… You actually did it?"
Sai: "Now I can finally go find Aarvan. And I've also done what I promised."
Mika: "Alright, my son… You've won. But it's evening already, go eat something before leaving."
Sai: "Okay, Mom."
He heads inside for food, but suddenly hears a scream:
Sai: "Mom! Come quickly!"
Mika: "What happened now?"
Sai: "My hand…!"
(Sai's hand has become like liquid water.)
Mika: "Not again! Control it a little… This has become a daily thing."
(This power wasn't actually Sai's—it belonged to his childhood friend, an Avtaran, a mystical being whose powers merged with Sai after an accident. Sai had saved the injured Avtaran in the jungle, carrying him to a doctor. That day, the Avtaran's power entered Sai, giving him abilities no one knew about. Let's see what new trouble comes today.)
Sai wakes from a dream:
Sai: "Mom! The pendant… it was glowing."
Mika: "What are you saying? Wake up already."
Sai: "It was just a dream… But Mom, can I go find Aarvan now?"
Mika: "Yes, yes! You can go tomorrow. For now, get ready."
Sai: "Thank you, Mom! You're the best. Love you!"
Mika: "Alright, hurry up and get ready. You need to leave soon."
Sai: "Leave? Where? When? Why?"
Mika: "You said you wanted to find Aarvan… and now Zixu is coming with you too."
Sai: "Really? Love you, Mom! I'll shower quickly and be ready."
Mika: "This boy will never change…"
Sai climbs the hill where he often dreams about Aarvan:
Sai: "This place always reminds me of him… This is where I first met him. Why did you do this? Why did I need this power?"
(Flashback: On that day, Sai was playing near the hill when he heard cries. He found the injured Avtaran caught in bushes. Sai tore his own shirt to bandage the Avtaran's wounds and ran to get help. He fell along the way, breaking his hand, but still managed to save his friend. From that moment, the Avtaran's power became part of Sai.)
Sai: "One day, Aarvan… I'll find you and bring him back."
Suddenly, a noise comes from the bushes:
Voice: "So you're here…"
Sai shivers in fear.
