But what was Owen Morgan's background? And just how well did he know Yara Quillan and Ian Shannon?
The moment he spotted the two figures trying to avoid him, he immediately called out, "You two, stop!"
Hearing his voice, they both froze. Ian Shannon grabbed Yara Quillan and tried to run, but Owen Morgan caught up to them in just a few steps.
Owen Morgan pulled down their masks, his expression instantly darkening. "Ian Shannon, what do you think you're doing?"
"Owen, you people have no right to keep Wildcat trapped here, do you?" Ever since what happened with Moira Irving, it was hard to say whether Ian Shannon had simply grown bolder or now harbored a grudge against Owen and Henry. In any case, his tone was anything but friendly.
"Ian Shannon!" Owen Morgan roared.
Ian Shannon smirked, staring coldly at Owen Morgan as he began to laugh. "Owen, you know something? Sometimes, I really hate you and the boss!"
