Klaus took some of his trusted friends and allies, Jason, Remus, lucien, valkyrie and Tala, an elite strike force. A small team of five that could potentially take down a whole nation if they wanted to. They mount their horses and as they were just about the city gate, Lyra crossed them. I'm coming too !
Kael: No, you know the rules Lyra and this is no longer even an ordinary B rank mission anymore. From what we're told, this could effectively be an S rank mission.
Lyra: but they are my friends too, he's my friend! I can't just abandon him.
Kael: i know, don't you trust me? You think I'll just leave Flynn to die? He said angrily. Is he not my friend too, the best one i have?
Lyra: I know but I can't just wait here and do nothing, i feel helpless, why I've i been treated like this for so many years. I feel so useless. With tears in her eyes.
Tala: Kael, Lyra, the more time we waste here, the less chance Flynn and his team have of surviving. We need to go. Lyra you know us, you know what we can do, so let's do it.
We can't be emotional right now. A lot of lives depend on it. Let's move and they left saying not a word after. But kael looked back to give her that look of assurance.
They got to the edge of the forest and had to tie their horses and take to their foot running for hours! Even after half a day's journey and running, they reached the cave. After tracking them from the point of ambush, they found the body of the fallen , kael closed his eyes and said "I'll avenge you phil, and give you a proper burial".
Tala was the tracker and from a few clicks away she knew where to head. But kael familiar with the terrain knew Flynn was leading them to their hiding cave. From there the rest was easy.
Kael and his team found the enemies, took out their lookouts quietly.
Rio: you have until morning to make your decision.
Kael:( with hatred, anger and revenge in his eyes) allow me to make that decision for you.
At this moment even kael's team know he's pissed off and they know how dangerous he can be at that moment.
Everyone including Rio's party heard him growling and snarling at them.
They know they are in it now, an alpha. They didn't sign up for this, his eyes even though blue was bloodshot. The young guy they killed was one of kael's apprentice before he had to officially become the Alpha.
As they all turned back he threw the body of one of the lookouts, he was already in his full alpha form and there was no moon at all.
Kael: Rio (pointing his blood soaked hand at him) savor your breath because it's going to be your last.
Rio: shouted RUN!!!!
As his team tried to scatter, Tala, Remus, Valkyrie, lucien and jason surrounded them.

This team of elite warriors, elite assassins. You hardly see them and if you do, you'd never live to tell the tale.
Rio desperate for an escape took the last vial of the chemical and threw it in the midst of his own party! I could have sworn i still have one more, but oh well, one is enough to do the trick.
But kael and his team weren't ready for it, but it wasn't for them.
Rio threw it in the midst of his own team and used it as a distraction to put them in disarray to make his daring escape.
But unfortunately the chemical had a different reaction on kael. It almost made him have a bloodlust. And he tore through the whole three packs like papers, hunting them one after the other, their screams and cries for help tore through the forest, That even the team he came to save were scared if he was actually there to save them, after almost totally annihilating Rio's team.
He called for Rio to come out, Rio was in hiding, he could hear him from afar but he didn't come out, he'd rather sacrifice his team and with the valuable info he got that day, it was totally worth it.
Kael managed to control and calm himself down with the help of Flynn. But he made Flynn promise never to say a word of this to Lyra.
Rio escaped once again but Flynn and his team were saved, most of the young guys saw that day, the Terror of the Alpha and why they are called ALPHAS!
At first they thought he rushed into battle because of his good friend Flynn. Because Flynn,Lyra and Kael were inseparable since childhood, until they all came of age and were selected for several different missions.
Some even believe there's a love triangle, but all Lyra sees is Kael and Flynn was like an angel to her, a soul mate, a friend indeed. Unbeknownst to her, her guardian angel was also in love with her all along.
Kael was a fair man with dark curly hair, blue eyes that could pierce ones soul and Lyra? Lyra was also a tall, not just as kael, red hair, one blue eye the other brown. She was a late bloomer, a very very late one. Even though she has all the strength, smell, precision, agility, speed of a werewolf, she has never transformed once! And this was why most, if not all of her missions were always C ranked.

The ranking system is to make sure lives were not lost needlessly due to overwhelming opponents.
Now even though Lyra is strong and has even more experience than most of the elite werewolves, after transformation your powers significantly increases. That's why she was stuck in that rank with pups for her own protection.
Kael had assured her no one, not even the elders can stop him from marrying her, he gave her such assurance but lyra still felt it in her, but she still held on to her hopes and dreams... But it was all shattered that night on the day of her wedding.
