I fixed up the entire budget with Dymon’s help.
I thought of taking Zahid’s words literally and spending a ridiculous amount - say, like five-hundred million markas - on the wedding, but I didn’t for Dymon’s sake.
I didn’t spend enough, he said. Not enough. Ha!
It didn’t really hit me when I read in the novel that he raked in cash in any way possible, but I definitely felt it in my bones for sure.
But every time I was reminded of how rich he was, I felt just a little bit sick.
I was fully aware of the unscrupulous ways through which he had incurred his wealth.
To be honest, he was probably richer than the Emperor if you take his hidden assets into consideration.
Anyways, I spent my morning vamping up our just-luxurious wedding to a super-luxurious wedding.
Then in the afternoon, I went to pick up the twins.
Governess Magellin wasn’t here today, since the only thing on their agenda was Ethan’s swordsmanship lessons.
