Jay's Pov
After having cake we went back to our work and I wanted to do something special since he got me the cake, So I decided to cook for him, so I went to ask him his favourite dish,
Jay: "Oie"
he looked up at my face,
Keifer: "What do you want now ?"
Jay: "I just wanted to know your favourite food"
Keifer: "Why?" he asked confused,
Jay: "Well since you did those nice things for me, I want to do something for you"
Keifer: "You are going to get me my favourite food?"
Jay: "No, I am going to cook for you tonight, you can come to my house for dinner"
Keifer: "Really Thanks but pass"
Jay: "Why?"
Keifer: "I just want to go to my house and lie down, I am having a headache and leaving in sometime"
Jay: "Are you okay?"
he nodded and but he looked tired,
Jay: "Okay. next time then"
He smiled and nodded and left.
The next we are supposed to look for venues for the event and we are going to start from our office and Keifer came a little late and he looked tired and pale,
Jay: "Are you okay? your face looks pale"
Keifer: "I am fine"
Jay: "Are you sure because we have to go look at the venues today and it will be hectic"
Keifer: "I can handle it"
Jay: "Okay"
We started and went to 2 indoor location, and now we are in our third location It was a beautiful outdoor place, we started talking about the details of the place, number of people that can occupy the place and the price and negotiations, but when I was looking at Keifer he was looking weak but at the same time he was trying hard to show that he is not and was focusing on the work, I don't know why he couldn't rest instead, but he is not going to listen to me anyway.
We were moving out and it was really hot because of the weather, I looked at Keifer he stumbled while walking like he was about to faint, I quickly held him.
Jay: "Keifer" he did not respond because he was losing his consciousness, but thank God we were near the car, I held and placed him in the passenger seat, it was difficult but I used all my strength to do that.
Why does he have to act all tough always, doesn't he know how to rest. I splashed some water on him, he slowly opened his eye,
Jay: "Keifer, can we go to the hospital"
He looked very pale and it was different seeing him like this , I was concerned looking at his state,
Keifer: "No, no I don't want to go there, can you take me to my apartment instead?" I don't know why it hurt me a little seeing in this state, he looked so vulnerable
So I decided to take him and I drove to his duplex, We reached there, I got down and helped him to go to his apartment, he leaned on me for support and I held his waist and took him.
I walked him to his room and made him lie on his bed, He was almost losing his consciousness,
Keifer: "Thanks, you can leave" he said with almost no voice,
But my heart was not agreeing to leave him alone in this state, I know how it feels when you are sick and alone, That is time you especially need someone to be with you and take care of you, So I decided to be there for him.
I removed his shoes and made him lie properly and covered him with a blanket, I turned to look around for thermometer, I searched the draws and found it,
I checked his temperature, it was really high, I decided to make something for him to eat,
I went to the kitchen and decided to make him porridge, I searched for the ingredients all around the Kitchen, and found them and finished with the cooking,
I went to his room, he was still lying in that position I placed the bowl on the side and shook him a little to wake him up,
Jay: "Keifer, get up"
He slowly moved and I helped him to sit while leaning on the bed, he was really struggling to even move, His eyes was barely open.
I took the porridge and started feeding him, he was weak to even eat and his condition was worrying me and he only ate half it after that he couldn't and in the state of passing out, So I gave him water and made him lie down again and decided to call the doctor.
