Keifer's PoV
The doctor called me and I went to his cabin,
D: "Take a seat Mr"
Keifer: "Doctor everything is fine right?" I asked in a voice filled with panic,
D: "As of now everything is fine, but she needs a lot of rest, I would advice her to not to move for while and have complete bed rest and healthy diet because that's important."
Keifer: "I will make sure of that doctor. I also have one more request."
D: "What is it?"
Keifer: "I want to bring her home today, I am not comfortable with hospitals, I think I will take better car of her in our home."
D: "Are you sure about that because it takes a lot of work and is expensive ."
Keifer: "I don't care how expensive it is, do the best you can possible because that's what she deserves it."
D: "Okay then I will take care of it, you just have fill and sign few forms for your wife's discharge and then I think you are good to go."
Wife- then only I remembered I signed as her husband while they asked to fill the forms because I knew a family member consent is needed, I have to tell Jay about this incase she wakes up and doesn't understand.
I went to Jay's room and she was still unconscious and the nurse was monitoring her, she saw me and started speaking,
N: "Sir, our doctor informed about me about your request for shifting your wife, and don't worry I will accompany you both and monitor and take care of her for 5 days continuously."
Keifer: "Thank you so much."
N: "No problem sir, but here is the list of medicine, you have to get it and come before we leave."
I nodded my head and took the prescription from her and left to buy the medicines and came back and the beeping sound felt different and I started to panic,
Keifer: "Nurse, the sound it's different is she alright? Is everything alright?" I was asking in a panic mode and my heartbeat was raising , I can feel like I am almost shouting but I didn't care the fear of losing her was taking over me, that to in a place that only has bad memories attached for me,
The nurse was looking at me.
Keifer: " Answer me" I shouted
N: "she is alright sometime it's due to the reaction of the drug, she is fine, you don't have worry."
My heartbeat began to slow down only when I got to know everything was fine and relaxed a bit but not fully, I am still covering my panic of this place just for her.
Keifer: "I am sorry for yelling, it is just."
N: "Yeah, I can understand, it's fine"
She said and I sighed a relief,
N: "We are ready to go, we will take her to your place through ambulance and you accompany her."
I nodded and after all that we came and settled in my apartment, she was in my room and the technicians were setting up the equipments and I was finally feeling a little peace after getting out of that place,
After sometime everything was settled and she was resting and still unconscious.
I sat beside her and was just looking at her,
Nurse: "Sir, I'll be out, call me when she wakes up."
She said and went to the guest room,
I nodded and went back to Jay,
I caressed her hair slowly and looked at her smiled, It felt crazy to me that I was in love with this girl, I mean we were bickering always and now I just couldn't put it into words.
Then I felt moments like indicating she was about to wake up and I was happy, and she slowly opened her eyes,
Keifer: "Jay?" I called her slowly,
And she saw me,
Jay: "Keifer" she muttered
Keifer : "Thank god you are awake." I said with tears falling in my eyes, with a sense of relief,
Keifer: "Wait, I'll call the nurse."
She did not respond and I went out and came back immediately because I forget to tell her about,
Keifer: "by the way you are my wife."
Jay: "Ahh" she looked confused,
Keifer: "Just go with it now I'll explain later."
I said and went out immediately to call the nurse and she came checked Jay completely,
Nurse: "As of now everything looks completely normal, after sometime will give food and medicine and will see how it goes, now she just needs rest."
I nodded and she went out after that,
She looked at me confused and I raised my eyebrows,
Jay: "Wife?"
Keifer: "Ohh, I signed as your husband in the consent, in order for them to proceed with the operation."
Jay: "Ohh, Lucky you, you got me as your wife."
I smiled internally as soon as she said that, but I couldn't let her know, but I was lucky to have her in my life, if more lucky is becomes my wife,
Keifer: "Ohh, please you have a handsome husband."
She scoffed and then winced in pain,
And I panicked,
Keifer: "Hey, are you okay? What's happening?" I asked hurriedly,
Jay: " Yeah, I am fine, it is just paining."
Keifer: "Please don't strain, just relax."
She nodded and looked at me,
Jay: "Why am I here?"
Keifer: "I couldn't take care of you there."
Then I think she realised about my hospital trauma,
Jay: "You took me to the hospital?" She asked with a voice filled with concern,
I nodded slowly,
Jay: "Why?"
Keifer: "What do you mean why, how could I leave you like that."
She held my hand and asked,
Jay: "Are you okay?"
I don't know what that question did to me, because this girl lying in th bed fully injured yet she is still asking me if I am fine,
Keifer: "I am good, don't worry about it." I said placing my another hand on hers and also with a smile,
