Synopsis
The world did not end in fire. It unraveled—quietly, logically… inevitably. As systems tighten and choices narrow, a single mind begins to question the shape of what is to come. Not to resist it—but to understand whether it was ever avoidable. Some believe order must be enforced. Some believe freedom must be protected. And some begin to suspect that both are illusions—constructed, repeated, and mistaken for truth. Then something shifts. Sleep disappears. Time bends. Certainty fractures. As unseen threads tighten across past and present, every action echoes forward, every belief turns inward, and every answer gives way to a more dangerous question: What if the future is not something that happens… but something that insists? 'The Fumbled Fallacy' is a quiet descent into control, consequence, and the limits of human certainty—where the greatest conflict is not between people, but between what is believed… and what is true.

Chapter 1 - Love is seldom romantic

It's December 24, 2034.

Just another fancy wedding organized by AGI event managers.

"Draupadi weds Arjun", said the board in front.

A cold night with chill winds carrying the party noise. It is not actually noise, but atleast how Raghav felt it is. A Harley Davidson rode by a masked Raghav found its way to the entrance of the Hall. He walks forward with non-chalance in his steps and seriousness in looks. As he removes his mask, the whole crowd goes crazy as the nation's most hotshot thinker, who thinks about how people think, feels for his love that is almost as old as himself.

Language stabs you in your back, when you want to name something that only your heart feels.

Raghav's love for Draupadi is not something made from testosterone. It is a testimony to their essentially-flawless friendship that stood the test of time.

The bride stops posing to a metal thing with a camera, just to look at the man, orher man - as she feels. Tears start rolling down her cheeks, all the way down to her lips, the very ones that're mumbling, "Krishna".

Yeah, it is actually Raghav Krishna and the latter part of his name is seldom used by people other than Draupadi.

Raghav embraces her in a tight hug, as he usually does. No words, just hearts do the talking. Draupadi had completely lost it when she realized the huge cost he had paid just to be with her on the most important day of her life.

Arjun is no less than a close friend for Raghav but the cost of postponing his dream is far more higher for Arjun's wedding, if it were not with Draupadi.
