Just as Doomsday was struggling to dispel the electric current still coursing through its body, a green energy surrounded it. Doomsday's massive body, over ten meters tall, began to spin rapidly in the energy's glow. Although it tried to resist, channeling all its power and energy, Doomsday couldn't break free from the absolute suppression of the Mafūba technique. Its body was stretched and compressed until it was drawn into a small bottle that suddenly appeared in the middle of space.
"Hmm, that should do it... but better be cautious," Robert said, holding the bottle labeled with the words "Great Demon." He examined the surrounding space, ensuring nothing was overlooked.
A ball of fire gathered in Robert's hand and began to burn, even in the vacuum of space. This fire wasn't the result of any deep research into flames; rather, it was a manifestation of Robert's sheer strength. The fire, fueled by his energy, grew more potent as his power had increased.
The special flame incinerated all traces of Doomsday between Mercury and Earth, erasing any remnants. Only after Robert confirmed there were no lingering energies or disturbances did the flames vanish from space.
Once the fire was gone, Robert tossed the bottle containing Doomsday into the void. In a split second, a ki blast struck the bottle, utterly destroying it along with the trapped Doomsday, leaving nothing behind.
Doomsday, with its unique abilities, met the same fate as the shadow army mask powered by the Dark Dimension—complete obliteration.
Satisfied with the calmness that now permeated the cosmos, Robert's form vanished from where he stood, leaving the universe silent once again. The only difference in the solar system was Clark, still lying within the sun, recovering.
"Looks like it's really over this time," Robert reappeared at the same spot, having not truly left but using an illusion to test if Doomsday was still alive. Now, certain that the threat was gone, Robert cast a glance toward the sun before disappearing again for real.
But instead of returning to the battlefield where Doomsday had been, Robert headed to a new battlefield outside Earth's dimension. With Doomsday dead, it was time to unleash his fury on the invading dimensional creatures. He also wanted to figure out why so many dimensions were simultaneously targeting Earth's dimension when there had been no significant changes recently.
Moreover, Robert was curious—if these dimensions had decided to invade Earth, why hadn't they sent weaker creatures through the dimensional breach to infiltrate Earth directly? Ever since the breach appeared, demons from the Hell Dimension had regularly sneaked into Earth's dimension. There was no logical reason why the invaders wouldn't use a two-pronged attack, attacking from both sides.
"Sayian!" When Robert appeared outside Earth's dimension, Baron Mordo and the others breathed a sigh of relief. Feeling the immense energy radiating from Robert, their hearts calmed, giving them a sense of security akin to when they had the Ancient One protecting them.
Boom!
Robert nodded at Mordo and the others before starting his "performance." Explosions reverberated between dimensions as Robert unleashed his power. He carefully avoided attacking near the sanctum's protective array, fearing that if he got too carried away, he might accidentally destroy the sanctum, aiding the dimensional invaders instead of defending Earth.
Instead, Robert targeted the dimensional passageways. Each dimension was a different distance from Earth. If these dimensions had chosen a direct invasion or sneaked into Earth's interior, they wouldn't need to construct dimensional passages. But these dimensions seemed to be attempting to encircle Earth's dimension, which explained why they gathered their forces first.
This tactic, however, presented Robert with an opportunity. Much like the Dark Dimension previously attempting to invade Earth through the moonlight passage, these dimensional gates were now in Robert's sights, and they would meet the same fate.
Boom! Boom! Boom! The explosions echoed near the dimensional passageways, with Robert carefully controlling his power to avoid collapsing the passages entirely. After all, it would be a waste if the creatures from those dimensions couldn't come through to die.
"Who is this? There's another powerhouse on Earth? I thought Superman was dead?" Some of the dimensional leaders looked at Robert with fear, not daring to face him directly, instead quietly discussing the situation.
"Yeah, that's clearly not Superman. We came because we heard Superman had died. But now, there's someone even more terrifying than him!"
"Since the Ancient One disappeared, Superman became Earth's protector. We thought our chance came when Superman died, but now it seems that's not the case at all…"
"This is a Sayian! We've crossed paths with him many times in the Hell Dimension, but his strength was never this formidable. Has he been holding back all this time?"
"A Sayian? So what now? Do we send in stronger lords or retreat?"
"Retreat? No way! This entire operation was to test if there were any hidden powerhouses left on Earth. Just wait! If the Sayian is fighting, there's bound to be someone who can deal with him!"
"You're a lord-level being yourself. Why don't you go block him? If you let him keep attacking, all the dimensional creatures will be dead before anyone else can even join the fight..."
"You go if you want! You're nearly a lord yourself. If you want to die, be my guest! As for those creatures, they're just fodder. Whether they're used to deplete the Sayian's energy or weaken the sanctum array, it makes no difference."
Boom! Before the dimensional lords could finish their discussion, a terrifying ki blast exploded near them, instantly killing many of the weaker ones. Only those with stronger life forces or higher-tier powers barely survived the blast.
"When did he lock onto us? I didn't sense a thing! What a terrifying power... Where does his strength come from? Could it be from an unknown, masterless dimension?" One of the surviving lords struggled to recover and urgently communicated with the other leaders.
Even though they were lord-level beings, the power gap was evident. Some of the weaker lords hadn't even reached the level of Skyfather, barely qualifying as Major Gods in other divine systems.
More powerful lords could surpass the Skyfather level, like rulers of dark dimensions who could contend with entire universes...
"When did I lock onto you? When I was happily blasting your companions, and you were chattering in my ear!" Robert appeared in front of the recovering lord, a ball of fire enveloping the lord and spreading rapidly across his body.
"Ahhhhh!" The lord screamed in agony as his energy was consumed by the flames, trying in vain to extinguish or repel the fire. Instead, the flames grew stronger, feeding on his power.
The other dimensional lords were terrified, retreating far away from Robert. They hadn't expected that their discussion had been overheard, proof of how much stronger Robert was compared to them.
Hum! Just as the lord was about to be burned to death, a force from another dimension flowed through a passageway, attempting to intervene.
Earlier, when some top-tier demonic lords died, no such power appeared. But lord-level beings were valuable assets to their dimensions, and dimensional consciousness would not allow one to die so easily, especially when they were within its reach.
If demonic lords were hard to kill because of their overwhelming life force, then dimensional lords were even harder to kill due to the dimensional power backing them.
"Heh, before, I would've needed the Mafūba to deal with this, but now? It's no longer necessary," Robert sneered at the eerie green dimensional energy and launched a ki blast imbued with soul energy directly at it.
Shhh! The blast collided with the dimensional power, creating an intense standoff in mid-air. Although Robert's ki blast didn't immediately destroy the dimensional force, it bought enough time for his flames to completely incinerate the lord.
"You've got guts!" As the lord perished, an angry voice echoed from a dimensional passageway. A creature emerged, its body emitting a foul stench, its flesh covered in oozing sores. It was far more grotesque than Doomsday.
Doomsday: "Thanks for the compliment."
"What a disgusting presence and power!" Robert observed the creature and instantly recognized it wasn't from any pleasant dimension. In fact, the dimension this creature came from was even more repulsive than the Hell Dimension.
"You're not the first to criticize the Rot Toxin Dimension. But those who have done so have all become part of it!" the Rot Lord sneered, saliva dripping from its mouth, causing the other dimensional creatures to keep their distance in disgust.
Robert frowned. While he wasn't afraid of the Rot Toxin Dimension's power, the mere presence of such a vile creature was nauseating. No matter how much Robert enjoyed battle, fighting something so revolting was far from appealing.
"It's best if your dimension never appears again!" Robert glanced around the battlefield, noticing several other creatures from the Rot Toxin Dimension. With a wave of his hand, ki blasts shot out, killing the Rot Toxin beings along with nearby dimensional creatures.
Boom!
The Rot Lord was momentarily stunned by the explosion, unable to comprehend why Robert had the audacity to attack his subordinates while he was right there. The fury within him boiled over, his energy surging and engulfing any nearby dimensional beings who hadn't fled in time.
Sizzle! The unfortunate creatures dissolved on the spot, their bodies and souls disintegrating as their energy was absorbed into the Rot Lord's aura.
"Die!" The Rot Lord roared, charging at Robert. His charge left chaos in its wake, as numerous dimensional creatures perished in his toxic
aura.
The Rot Lord paid no mind to the deaths of these beings. After all, all the creatures sent from his dimension had already been wiped out by Robert. With none of his own people left, he saw no reason to care about the others.
As for the other hidden dimensional lords, they weren't concerned either. As one lord had pointed out earlier, these creatures were expendable. Whether they died here or elsewhere, it was all the same. And with the Rot Lord leading the charge, they could observe Robert's strength without having to risk themselves. No matter who won, it would be a beneficial outcome for them.
