"Hey, I just got the reunion text this morning. Are we pulling up?" Theo asked on facetime with Atlas.
Atlas, who was putting his suit on in readiness for work, frowned. "What reunion are you talking about?"
Theo sighed. "You never check your emails, do you?"
"If it's not an official mail, why the fuck do I need to check it?"
"The group chat then? Are you not in the group chat?"
"What group chat?" He asked as he sat on the bed to put on his shoes.
"College group chat for heaven's sake!"
"Oh, that's what you're talking about? Why are we doing a reunion again?"
"Because it has been seven years since we graduated?"
"So? They could have just waited until the tenth year. I don't feel like it," he said dismissively.
"Unfortunately for you my friend, I already RSVP'd for both of us."
"You did what now?!"
"Bye!" The screen went blank.
Atlas kissed his teeth in annoyance. The last set of people he wanted to be around were acquaintances from college.
