A dark blade, covered in darkness, slashed through the body of a flying monster, sending it crashing toward the ground.
Splash.
Black blood spilled through the air. The blade belonged to Amon. The battle had already started.
Amon glanced at Ethan, who was moving beside him. He was holding a spear.
A spider dashed toward him.
Ethan didn't feel any fear. The spear in his hand gleamed with brown energy. He raised his right leg and stomped it onto the ground.
The earth beneath the monster trembled.
Then jagged spikes made of earth and stone rose upward.
Gaahhkkkk!
They lifted the spider into the air, piercing it from below. Though it didn't injure the monster much, since those spikes were not too sharp.
Ethan kicked off the ground.
Thrust.
His spear shot forward and pierced directly into the open mouth of the spider.
Splash.
Blood gushed out as the monster died.
