"Yutsuki-san, are you still sleeping?

It's 7 a.m.—get ready! I made breakfast. Don't let it get cold." She left, and he yawned, rising to prepare for Shokoku High.

The Unwanted Star

Outside the school, three nerdy students buzzed about the dance party next week. Suddenly, Yutsuki appeared from nowhere stealing the spotlight. Guys saluted; fangirls swooned.

"I hate that guy," Mugi Tomar muttered, "What's so special? about him" Yutsuki walked on, ignoring them. " why.." He's a Kazama. Wealthy, respected, and he's the football superstar," Motara Hanashi whispered. as they watched the golden goose walk away.

An Unexpected Ghost

at shohoku high, Sadori noticed someone was watching him. He turned his back and spot Kari Monata. She turned to leave Sadori chased after her. A week ago, she'd heard he survived, and has been searching for him, now she sought for forgiveness.

"Dude, where are you going?" Mugi asked. He didn't received any response as Sadori went after he's killer. He found himself in the empty school garden. No one. Had he imagined her? "Looking for someone?" a voice said behind him.

He spun.

Kari...!?"

his ex, in a short skirt and high boots. Sexy as hell. His heart stalled. "Ah, it's me, Sadori-kun," she said. "Are you still angry With me? She asked, he couldn't find the right word to say, not where to start, I know what I did, and

"I'm so sorry."

"Hate you?" he growled, fists tighten, jaw clenshed. "You ripped me open. Killed me, even when I said I loved you." Blood swirled around his fist, his manipulation triggered. Pink-tinted droplets hung like knives.

"Sadori, please," she pleaded, confessing, "My mother, the Black Pool leader, forced me. They saw you as a threat. I never wanted this."

"True?" he asked, the storm subsiding.

"Yes. I'm trapped. They said you'd end their society… because you're the last dragon lord." Sadori's doubt cracked. She stepped closer; he retreated.

"I told you everything. Why are you so distant?" Tears lined her voice.

"I'm in love with someone else," he said, brutal honesty. Hannabi.

Her face crumbled. "What…?"

" us, I don't anymore," he said coldly.

"I see," she whispered, backing away. Sadori reached, then froze—Amanda and Hannabi flashed in his mind. Before he knew it, Kari leaned in.

"I want to confirm something." Her breath mingled with his.

"W-what?"

"Kiss me."

He hesitated backwards. She seized him, lips crashing, tongues entwining. Eyes open, locked. Sadori couldn't push her away. Weakness. Triumph. She broke free, smiled, and vanished.

"Kari-chan! Kari-chan!" He spun around all he could find was the emptyness of the garden, echoes in silence,

"Kari-chan...!?"
