"You're useless, getting tricked by a Genin," Kakashi said with a fake smile. "I think that Genin tricked you on purpose."
"Hey, Kakashi, be nice!" Pakkun retorted. "Don't underestimate that kid. I saw him practicing ninjutsu. He's not just a Genin."
"Hmph, stop making excuses for your failure," Kakashi said. He turned to Kaoru, his eyes flashing.
"Don't worry, Pakkun. I'll get revenge for you," Kakashi said calmly.
"Hey, Kakashi, can you change your tone? Stop insulting me," Pakkun said and took a few steps back.
He knew Kakashi was going to teach that Genin a lesson.
"Is Kakashi going to attack?" Kaoru thought, watching Kakashi. He was an Anbu ninja, under the Third Hokage's command. If he fought him...
If he showed Kakashi his strength, Kakashi would report it to the Third Hokage. The Third Hokage might ask him to join the Anbu.
Kaoru wasn't interested in the Anbu, but it was a good way to avoid being forced into Root by Danzō.
The Anbu was a dark organization, but it was better than Root.
If he joined the Anbu, he would have the Third Hokage's support, and Danzō couldn't do anything.
Kaoru decided to surprise Kakashi with his strength.
"Pakkun says you're not just a Genin. I'll test you," Kakashi said and disappeared.
"He disappeared?" Kaoru's Sharingan scanned, but he couldn't find Kakashi.
Kaoru kicked behind him.
"He saw through me!" Kakashi was surprised. He leaned back, dodging Kaoru's kick.
"Good reaction! But you're too young!" Kakashi dodged Kaoru's kick and punched him.
Kaoru jumped back, putting his left foot on Kakashi's fist.
"Fire Release: Flame Whirlwind Technique!"
Kaoru used the Flame Whirlwind Technique, and a fire dragon came out of his mouth, attacking Kakashi.
"He uses B-Rank jutsus well," Kakashi said, making hand seals.
"Water Release: Water Formation Wall!"
He spat water, forming a wall.
"Pfft!" The fire dragon hit the water wall and was extinguished, creating mist, blurring their vision.
"Kakashi, watch out, he's behind you!" Pakkun shouted.
"Hmm?" Kakashi turned and saw Kaoru behind him, punching him.
"Damn it!" Kakashi said. Kaoru's punch hit him.
"Bang!" Kakashi disappeared in smoke.
"Shadow Clone Technique. He acted well," Kaoru smiled. He knew it was Kakashi's shadow clone.
"You used the Body Flicker Technique to sneak behind me when the mist blocked my vision. I used that move when I was younger than you," Kakashi's voice said.
Kaoru smiled and was about to reply when he heard a weak voice.
"Brother, help me..." Kaoru knew the voice. It was his sister, Wan'er.
Kaoru turned and saw Wan'er lying nearby, covered in blood, with kunai in her body!
"Brother, help me..." Wan'er looked at Kaoru with pain.
"Wan'er!" Kaoru shouted, but he realized that Wan'er was at school. She couldn't be here. And Wan'er's shadow was blurry.
Kaoru's Sharingan told him it was fake.
"Something's wrong!" He realized that Kakashi was using genjutsu!
His sister was his weakness.
Kaoru decided to make sure. He controlled the hawk spirit to fly above him.
Kakashi could use genjutsu on Kaoru, but not on the hawk spirit.
The hawk spirit showed that Wan'er wasn't there.
"He's tricking me," Kaoru frowned. "It must be Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique. It shows the opponent their worst fear. Kakashi used it on Sakura, showing her Sasuke covered in blood. Now he's using it on me."
"Kakashi likes to play these tricks. I'll give him a taste of genjutsu," Kaoru thought. He hated seeing his sister hurt. He would get revenge.
Kaoru decided what to do, but he ran to Wan'er.
"Wan'er!" Kaoru ran to Wan'er and helped her up.
Wan'er smiled and said, "You fell for it."
Wan'er disappeared, and a kunai was at Kaoru's neck. Kakashi held the kunai behind Kaoru.
"Uchiha kid, you have the Sharingan. Can't you see through this genjutsu?" Kakashi asked.
"Can't see through it...?" Kaoru smiled. "You can't see through it."
"Hmm?" Kakashi frowned.
Kaoru faded away.
