On TV, bald bruisers in black combat gear tore up a district. Their leader, Hammerhead, was preaching their lazy gospel.
"Unforgivable!"
Saitama, spooning pudding in front of the TV, popped a forehead vein.
"What's wrong with being bald! Why do we get misunderstood! These clowns are smearing bald people!"
After so long bald, he had a weird urge to defend the bald identity.
To him, these posers were worse than monsters—they were ruining the bald name.
"I'm heading out."
A blur of yellow, and he was gone, leaving only, "Can't let them trash the image of bald guys!"
Lin Mo, bent on grabbing a bento from the convenience store, saw the broadcast and Saitama's breeze of an exit.
He shook his head. He was used to Saitama's brain-wiring.
"Fine. I'll take a look."
He was also curious to see Speed-o'-Sound Sonic—the speed-type ninja—from the original story.
At debut, Sonic was around Demon-class; later training made him Dragon-class. Perfect test target for the Skill Copy Card (Demon).

In a lavish office, a handsome man in a black catsuit and flowing purple scarf, long black hair trailing, stood at the glass wall, gazing down at the chaos below.
Speed-o'-Sound Sonic—hired for a king's ransom as Zeniru's bodyguard.
"A rabble that relies on gadgets and brute strength."
He watched the Paradisers' bulky powered armor, lip curling in open contempt.
"An insult to the word 'fight.'"
A ninja who'd honed his body to speed's edge, he despised gear-junkies.
Cleaning up this trash? A finger-flick.
He tensed to move—but then his pupils narrowed.
A yellow blur streaked between towers at a speed that even startled him.
"Boom." The figure landed in the center of the Paradisers' riot, a ring of dust blooming.
"Hm?" Sonic's eyes sharpened. That speed piqued his interest.
He smiled—childlike, almost—and decided to watch.

Dust thinned.
The Paradisers froze at the newcomer in the goofy yellow jumpsuit.
They stopped smashing and stared.
"He's… bald too," one muttered.
"Here to join us?" another said, rubbing his gleaming pate. "We're out of spare suits…"
"Hey." Saitama lifted a finger to halt the chatter, then pointed at them, voice stern as a scolding teacher.
"If you've got the same hairstyle as me, stop embarrassing yourselves. Go home."
A beat of silence—then roaring laughter.
"Hah? What's this idiot babbling?" Hammerhead pointed and snorted. "Thought we had a comrade. Turns out it's a moron in our way."
He waved, face twisting. "Enough talk. Take him out."
"Sir!"
The bald bruisers grinned, powered their suits, and charged.
In their minds, this skinny, silly-looking bald man would fold in one hit—like the "hero" earlier.
Reality slapped them.
They didn't even see Saitama move.
A staccato like frying beans—clanging like a metal symphony—rang out at center stage.
Clink-clank! Crackle! Whang!
The "military-grade, indestructible" suits crumpled like papier-mâché under Saitama's casual elbows.
Ten seconds.
When Saitama stopped, the field was dead quiet.
Everyone but Hammerhead lay groaning. Their powered armor smoked heaps of scrap.
"W… what!?"
Hammerhead's grin petrified; fear shot up his spine.
How could bare flesh do… that?
He bolted without a thought.
He'd barely taken a step when Saitama ghosted behind him and chopped the back of his neck—gentle, precise.
No pain. Just darkness.
The big man hit the ground with a boom.
"Okay. That's that." Saitama dusted his hands, satisfied.
He looked up into the blue, heart unburdened. "Now people won't mistake me for a terrorist just because those guys were bald."
He was genuinely glad to have defended bald honor.
