Flash forward three months
Fire style fire dragon Jutsu!
A dragon-shaped fire shot across the Naka River by a child with pink hair who looks no older than 5 years old. This child happened to be Asuka
"Damn I still haven't been able to perform this without wasting extra chakra," Asuka said while frowning.
"There is progress though since I no longer waste as much as I did when I fought dad. Speaking of dad, he still hasn't caught on to me using a shadow clone to go to school or does he just not care?" Then at that moment he gets a response.
"I don't care as long as you hide it," said Takeshi, as he walked out of the woods and showed himself to his son.
"Dad…I"
"No need to explain, I know the school can't teach you any more and to be honest I noticed the shadow clone right as I dropped you off on the fifth day of class, you really don't know how to hide well do you?"
"Never mind this, I heard there is a practical combat class happening tomorrow, are you ready?"
"You know I am but you should also know I won't be aiming to get first due to your pestering," Asuka said seriously. Over the past couple of months, Takeshi has been letting his son know the ins and outs of the village's dynamics, from clans to the ppl to watch out for.
"Yes, I don't need you getting his attention, even though he is Lord Third's disciple he is someone that I cannot read no matter how much I try. He is also working with Elder Danzo so that puts him at an even greater threat level." Takeshi once again repeated. Asuka has been hearing this so much that he has memorized his father's words like it's a movie script.
"Do you want to spar again?" asked Takeshi
"No not currently, I just want to learn how to use less chakra when performing jutsu like you did in your spar against Yuma" replied Asuka
Takeshi gave it a thought before he explained, "There's no real trick to using less chakra or conserving chakra wastage when performing a jutsu. Your method of repeating a jutsu and controlling the amount of chakra in each attempt gives better control and over time you may even use less chakra but do more damage"
Both father and son had a chat about ninjutsu theories and chakra theories until the moon came out. Asuka used these discoveries to further strengthen his understanding and practical usage of Jutsu.
"Ok it's getting dark, your mother sent me to find you so we can head back so clean up, you know how your mother can get when she's cranky"
"yes dad"
While walking home Asuka asked his dad more questions related to chakra control and all the different types of chakra types which caught his attention and motioned him to stop and get a chakra test paper before they went home.
"Mom we're back"
"Welcome back honey take off your shoes and come eat before the food gets cold," Mei said
"Asuka after lunch come to my study," Takeshi said to his son
"yes dad but what for? Oh the chakra test paper"
Takeshi nodded and went to sit down and get to town on the food prepared by his wife. After dinner, Asuka followed him into his study to test which chakra natures he has.
"All this time you learned jutsu without knowing your chakra nature which was a mistake on my side as a parent so today we find out which ones you have so I can teach you a jutsu of that nature"
"Inject small chakra into this paper and let's see what it does"
Asuka did as told to and the reaction was enough to make Takeshi smile like he just saw one billion ryo in front of him.
The paper caught on fire, split in half, wrinkled, became damp, and then turned into dirt and crumbled.
Takeshi sat on the tatami, smiling so much that his jaw almost got stuck there.
"five chakra natures! My son is a genius! 5 CHAKRA NATURES!!" Takeshi finally couldn't hold it in and jumped up and down. Mei hearing the commotion came in to know what happened and she herself heard her husband's words and followed suit while Asuka stood there looking at them embarrassed.
"Dad, is that rare?" Asuka asked
"Is that rare!? Only Lord Third and Kakashi have it in the whole village!" Takeshi explained "Five chakra natures you are a complete ninja with enough capital to reach kage level with ease"
"Dad that's cool and all but would it not make it harder for me to progress? I mean I would have to put a lot of work into learning all five"
"Having the innate means it's easier for you to get it down, why do you think you managed to learn fire style dragon jutsu so fast?"
"So what about the jutsu that you're gonna teach me? Asked Asuka with anticipation
"You need a defensive jutsu now so I'll teach you D-rank jutsu Earth style rock wall. Look at my hand seals and try and replicate them without chakra"
"tiger, hare, boar, ram, dog, ox, snake. Now repeat that until you can do it without messing up the signs"
"Yes, Dad!"
Takeshita nodded and walked out with his wife to drink wine that he's been saving since his marriage for this joyous occasion while Asuka studies his new jutsu.
Next day
The classroom was buzzing with excitement because today was their practical combat exercises and most of the children wanted to show off what they had spent the last three months learning.
"Itsuki really gave up being a ninja on the first day huh"
"Yeah I don't blame her, Kakashi looked really scary when he pulled out his sword"
"Hmph it's a good thing she quit because she would just hold back her teammates during a fight"
"Who do you think will come first in this exam? I think it will be Shisui"
"Hmph of course it has to be Hyuga Jiro, He even started training with a chunin after school"
"Kakashi will win because he's the son of Konoha's white fang! No one's stronger than him in the village"
As conversations were underway, Himari walked in and motioned for everyone to follow her to the arena to start the matches for the day.
