Alpha Evan's stood at the forefront of the ground hall, surveying the gathering of alphas. His eyes scanned the room, taking in the familiar faces.
There was Alpha Damien Redford of the Emberstone pack, his strong jawline and piercing eyes accentuated by the fiery emblem of his packs lunar, the inferno mark. The symbol seemed to dance with flames, reflecting his packs fierce warrior spirit.
Next to him stood Alpha Ryder Blackwood of the silver rest pack, his broad shoulders and chiseled features complemented by the sleek silver crescent lunar on his chest. The symbol representing his packs agility and Cunningness.
Alpha Karl Darkshadow of the Ravenwood pack stood tall his dark eyes gleaming with mystery as he wore the Ravens wing lunar it's inky black feathers seeming to absorb the light around him.
Alpha Laura Blackthorn the only female alpha caught his eye,she was a force to be reckoned with, her sharp festures and piercing gaze commanding attention. The Nightshade bloom lunar on her chest seemed to bloom with dark velvety petals reflecting her packs deadly stealth and cunningness
He cleared his throat, bringing the room to attention. " Welcome alphas,"He began." Tonight, we gather to celebrate the Red moon, the day our ancestors were created by the moon goddess. For three days,we'll come together to compete, celebrate and give thanks to our creator."
Alpha Damien sat at the head table, his eyes scanning the room. Alpha Evan's was hosting the event, but he knew all these were just mere talk. His pack Emberstone pack, was unbeatable. He smiled to himself ,thinking about the challenges that lay ahead.
"Alpha Evan's you're looking particularly…enthusiastic tonight," alpha Damien said, his voice laced with sarcasm."I'm sure the competition will be…interesting".
I glanced at my assistant, who raised an eyebrow at my comment, I winked at him, and he shook his head,a hint of a smile on his face.
Alpha Ryder Blackwood nodded, my mind already strategizing. My pack , the Silvercrest pack, was known for our strength and combat skills. We were going to crush the competition.
I Glanced at alpha Damien Redford, his eyes locked on mine. He was a formidable opponent, but I was confident in his abilities. We had been training four months and we're ready to take on the best.
"Bring It on", he muttered To him himself, determination burning within him
Alpha Karl Dark shadow leaned over to his assistant, a low whisper escaping his lips." I'm not sure about this. The wind is changing and I don't like it."
My assistant, a tall, imposing figure, noted in agreement." don't worry Alpha. I'm sure abilities will see us through."
He nodded, but feeling of unease lingered.
The rest of the night, Passed in a blur of introductions and discussions. As the alpha and their assistant made their way to the ground hall for dinner, he couldn't shake off of the feeling that something was going to happen during the festival.
Alpha Laura Blackthorn Watched Alpha Evans with a mixture of curiosity and disdain. The Red moon festival was a time for celebration, but she knew it was also a time for politics and alliances. She had to be careful about who she trusted.
As alpha Evans, continued to speak, she found herself zoning out, she knew the drill. It was all about appearances and pretending to be interested.
Alpha Damien stood up, stressing his tall frame " I think it's time for dinner don't you?" he said his voice loud enough to carry across the room.
The other Alphas chuckled , And tension was broken. He smiled, His eyes glinting with amusement. This was going to be fun.
As we made our way to the ground hall for dinner. He fell into step beside Alpha Ryder Blackwood. " so, Alpha Ryder What's the plan for tomorrow tomorrow's competition?" he asked his voice Low.
Alpha Ryder's Eyes narrowed. " we'll see about that, Redford. But I think you'll find out that we are not as easy to beat as you think.
Damien grinned. " I'm shaking in my boots."
The competition was going to be fierce, but I was ready bring it on.
Alpha Evan's watched the Alpha interact, a sense of uneasy growing in his stomach. Alpha Damien Redford was a wild card, and he wasn't sure what to make Of him. He seems to be enjoying himself, but he knew better than to underestimate him.
The Dinner Was a lavish affair, with tables groaning under the weight of food. The Alpha and their assistants chatted and laughed, but he knew the underlying tension was still there.
As the night were on, he stood up raising my glass. " to the Red moon festival," he said, His voice carrying across the room. " may it be a time of competition and celebration. May the best pack win."
The Alpha cheered, Their glasses clinking together. he smiled, but his eyes were on Alpha Damien Redford. He was Watching him , his eyes glinting With amusement
I had a feeling this was going to be a very interesting festival.
One of the other alphas, Alpha Axel Storm bringer grinned, feeling the rush off adrenaline . His pack , The wind runner pack, was known for their speed and agility. We're going to dominate the competition.
" I've got a few tricks up my Sleeve," he said, Clapping our Damian Redford on the back. " you're going to need more than just your witty banter to take Me down."
Damien raised an eyebrow, a smirk playing on his lips. " oh I'm shaking in my boots , Axel. But I think you'll find out that I'm not as slow as you think.
Axel chuckled, Feeling a spark of competitiveness ignite within him. " game on, Redford. Let's see who comes out on top."
As the dinner was going on, Alpha Ryder Blackwood stood up, stretching his tall frame. " I think it's time for bed," he said, his voice loud enough to carry across the room. " we have a big day ahead of us tomorrow."
The other Alpha nodded in agreement, and began to make their way to their quarters. As he walked, he couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement. The competition was going to be fierce, but he was confident In his abilities.
He was going to win for his Pack.
Alpha Evans watched the Alpha retire to their quarters , a sense of unease growing in his stomach. He felt that something Was off, and couldn't quite put his finger on it.
He turned to his assistant who was standing by his side. " keep an eye on things tonight," he said , His voice low. " I don't want any surprises tomorrow."
His assistant nodded , His face serious. " I'll make sure everything is secure Alpha".
He nodded, Feeling a sense of relief with any luck, tomorrow would be a smooth and enjoyable day.
But he was prepared in case anything else happened.
The moon was full, casting an eerie Glow over the landscape. He could feel the magic in the air, building up to something.
His smile to himself, feeling a sense of anticipation. This was going to be an interesting festival.
