Isaac grabbed a wine glass and threw in some ice before pouring liquor into it. His movements fast as if even a second's delay could cost him his sanity.
He downed the first glass and poured another immediately.
"You'll choke to your death, dude," Kevin commented, watching Isaac act as if he just found out the world would end soon. "It's unbelievable how much you are overreacting to this."
Isaac placed the glass down, his eyes glaring at Kevin. Then he said, "What's unbelievable is the fact that you are so relaxed about it. Or that Cassian thinks it is meant to be."
Kevin placed his chin on his palm and smiled. "What if it truly is?" He asked.
Isaac clicked his tongue. "Like that has ever happened."
"There's always a first time for everything," Kevin replied. "Cas has never been someone to make impulsive decisions. Maybe it is," he added with a shrug.
