After all the lessons where concluded, everone started packing to head back home others to play games, go drinking or doing whatever normal things people do after school. I saw that Danirah had just left and so I started packing my things to head home
"Jordan" an angry voice suddenly called out my name "who do you think you are to speak with Danirah" it continued and i was too perplexed that someone called me to even answer or even knew my name turning around I saw a group of five walking towards me.
"Hehe too scared to talk" one of the scrawny ones snickered "oi are you deaf" the rest laughed at his remark
"I didn't quite get your question" i replied " I mean who are you and why do you care with whom I talk with" I continued
"Ballsy ehhh I see" the middle one replied he looked like their boss and yet I could see the rest where just sucking up to him "I'll give you a warning yeah don't talk to her again alright" he said leaning his face forward.
"You couldn't even answer a basic question who are you" I stressed finding the idea that am about to be beaten for someone I dont know funny 'tallk about karma' I thought to my self "anyway fine I won't talk to her unless she comes up to me that is" I added before walking off to the backdoor of the class room managing to catch a glimpse of someone entering into the classroom at that exact time.
'Hmmm why would she do it' i thought my mind running in full gear. The refreshing scent of rain mixing with the earth waffled into my nose bringing me back to reality not wanting to miss the chance i put my books and bag into my locker room and walked hurriedly into the rain and on my way back home.
I always felt at peace when ever I walked or even sat in the rain listening to the wind brushing with the water droplets hearing the droplets fall into puddles of water feeling them on my skin creating goosebumps making me more sensitive to my surrounding making me notice it was nolonger raining more like a large umbrella stopped the rain from reaching me.
'how does someone have the audacity to... foget it' i thought to my self "How may i help you miss" I said outloud not bothering to open my eyes "Am already drenched ao why would you comeout with an umbrella now" I continued
"How did you know i was a girl" a voice I was hoping to not listen to until next week rang out "plus not all of you is drenched" she continued
"Danirah what do you want" I said slowly "I mean paying a few upper class men aisshhh that's nice actually" i laughed out loud
" How did you know it was me" she said slowly
"Well their words lacked feeling" i replied "plus only you know that am Jordan the rest know me as Shawn" I countinued this time looking straight in her eyes
" I wanted to see if your just a block of ice" she stressed getting closer "And you are not for a moment I saw you happy, excited" she added
"Hmm good eyes" I said "goodbye" I added hurriedly walking away before I'd something I'd regret.
