Adam and Amelia reached the Mite tree.
Adam looked at it. The only tree different from it's surrounding. Adam still contemplating whethere eating it was good or bad luck. He got his ability awakend due to the tree but made a whole spicie of parasite from 1 grade to 10 grade his enemy. He climbed the tree and ate another leaf from the tree feom the top brach then looked at Amelia
" We need your ability enhanced so....
"
" You're not thinking of... No, no way, i am not making enemies "
" What's the point of thinking about enemies when you can't get through a week and as i said, we need your ability enhanced if we want to survive "
She knew Adam would not accept her decision. She followed Adam and climbed, reached the top and ate a leave, giving disgusting expressions.
" So what now, would we just leave" she asked looking at Adam.
Both climed down the tree. Adam replied
" Yes, we are leaving their zone. We cant risk emptying the bug tree leaves. By the way did you freeze them before storing them "
" Nope "
" Do it, i think their sent will not work after time limit. Instead leaves it, on the way back we will get new one's. "
" Okay "
" One more thing, do you know how to get out of this place, i mean the way out. "
" I have an idea, we need to pass the trial. "

Adam walking reached the zone boundary, got the bug tree leaves and gave them to Amelia. Amelia freezed them and replaces them with previous one. Adam thought for a while then said
" Do you know the way of trail zone "
" Oh, it's not a zone it's somewhat a magical place. "
She looked towards the sky and the Sun

She pointed towards the North
" after we cross the spider zone. We can see the gate to the trial "
" Spider zone can be difficult. Which of your ability enhanced. We can make a use of it. "
" I don't know. I didn't checked it, it must be something related to water "
" Water ! , i thought you're element is ice "
" It is ice because ice is water but i don't use water "
Adam looked back at her
" Can i ask, Why "
" I am afraid of it "

Amelia stared at him
" I am afraid of water you dumb idiot. I am hydrophobic "

Amelia ignored his comment completely. The fact that he saved her. He was gonna use it now and than, it was becoming obvious. Adam smiled a little looking at her, he enjoyed his sarcasm.
" Listen, i need a weapon. So would you...."
Amelia didn't look at him. He make him two daggers of same length. Her dagger looked more strong and sharp, shinning more Brightly.
" You're weapon making has become better "
" It's because i can control my spirit better "
She replied her without looking at him, walking in front. Adam was following him, curiousity urging him to ask more
" What is this spirit, that you mentioned a couple of times now "
She looked back this time with a shocking expression saying where have i gotten myself stuck. She exhaled deeply
" Spirit makes core, specifically for species, whether they are parasites, insects, beasts , mosters, animals or anything else. In parasites and insects. You can only find it in their queens but after insects most of the grade two have a core. Some have two or more as well. We distinguish it by name like monster core or beast core. Grade of specie matters upon the size of core. Greater the core more spirit it would have and stronger a specie it would be. Similarly, if a specie has multiple core that specie is considered special, more stronger than others and they have unique and dangerous abilities and same thing is applied for humans but it's so rare than one in a million people have two cores. We both are grade one because we don't have enough spirit. Whenever we kill something we absorb some of it's spirit. Now there's a catch, the specie after grade 2 have cores, so most of their spirit is inside their core, the core serves many purposes depending upon the specie, grade and all. So never leave a core after you kill something."
" How can we human promote ourselves to next grade "
" We have to kill a grade 3 species, spider doesn't count, we have to kill the queen if the species is insect or parasite. For a monster or beast grade 3 it is. Reason is that we need a force promotion so if we can kill a grade 3, the spirit outside it's core will be enough for our forcely break through. The only option we have right now. Conversional method require too much time and resources and money. We don't have any of these things. I can breakthrough to next grade if i was back home, i had been collecting resources for 3 years now. Finally i had everything ready, just needed to buy a grade 3 core. "
" Is it expensive "
" Yes it is "
" So why not kill a grade 3, instead of buying it's core and other resources, i mean hire a hunter to bring a geade 3 and let a person have the final strike "
" If so, then the force promotion will fail and person will be consumed by beast spirit, the soul of beast or whatever the species will take over the body of a human, it's called spirit because in reality the spirit is present, qnd the one who kills have to subdue the spirit, so if a human is not skilled or powerful enough to kill a specie, the spirit will not let that person control it."
