[Scene 1: The Arrest]
The atmosphere at the university had turned freezing. Only minutes after L walked away, a group of plainclothes officers surrounded Misa Amane.
"Misa Amane, you are being detained under suspicion of being the Second Kira," an officer said, his voice cold and firm.
Misa looked at Light, her eyes filled with terror. "Light-kun! Help me!"
Light stood frozen. He knew that if he moved or tried to defend her, L would have all the proof he needed. He had to watch his most powerful ally being dragged away in handcuffs.
[Scene 2: Under Surveillance]
Back at his house, Light knew his room was no longer safe. L had increased the surveillance. Every breath, every movement was being recorded.
"Ryuk, they have her," Light whispered, staring at his reflection in the mirror. "Misa is loyal, but L is a master of psychological torture. It's only a matter of time before she breaks... or before they find the notebook I gave her."
[Scene 3: L's Interrogation]
In a secret underground facility, Misa was strapped to a chair, blindfolded. L sat behind a glass partition.
"Misa-san, we found the tapes. We found the DNA," L's voice echoed through the room. "Tell me, who is the original Kira? Is it Light Yagami?"
Misa screamed, "I'll never tell you anything! Light-kun is my everything!"
L sighed, "Your silence is the loudest confession you could give, Misa-san."
[Scene 4: The Ultimate Gamble]
Light realized he had only one card left to play. It was a move so dangerous it could end his life, but it was the only way to prove his 'innocence' and stay close to L.
"I have to go to them," Light thought, his eyes turning dark. "I have to walk into the lion's den and surrender myself. It's the only way to win this game."
