By the time we got back to the World Quest Generator, both Kael and Zeref were already arguing. Again.
"Five Rank A bosses in one region?" Kael said, crossing his arms as if that settled the argument.
Zeref shrugged, tapping his staff against the cobblestone. "Seven's better. We can clear the whole eastern ridge before dusk."
"You just want to hog the board," someone from the crowd complained behind us.
"Yeah, leave some for the rest of us!" another yelled.
I pinched the bridge of my nose. "Oh my god, you two."
Dozens of players were glaring our way, rightfully so, since Zeref and Kael were practically vacuuming every Rank A quest off the board like competitive shopaholics during a sale.
Before it escalated, I raised both hands. "Okay, okay! Chill! We'll do one each. Three total."
Kael frowned. "One?"
Zeref tilted his head, smirk already forming. "I think that's fair."
"I didn't ask for your opinion," Kael muttered.
